Is it possible for CIC officers to put your additional documents together with your previous one? Will they try to find your original package?

You should send additional documents with cover letter requesting them to attach these documents with original application providimg maximum details of your original application
Details like : uci (if u have)
Passport number , name
Dob
Noc
When your app reached
Who received that app
And other details which could help them to locate your original application

Later send them email for the confirmation of same
( though many applicants confirmed there additional documents were attached in similar situations but there is no guarantee as well )

Can you please tell me the process to do so..

Step 1:
Write a cover letter explaining why certificates and photocopy was missed. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier. Send the letter

Step 2:
After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. Attach the scan copy of your certificates. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package as well as additional documents through which couriers.

Step 3:
Relax and chill. ;D ;D

I dont think so, at most they would ask you for the new photos again at a later stage.

3 - I can't find the envelope they request anywhere in my state. Can I put the documents in a different envelope? As close to 23 x 30.5 that I can get. I think I saw one that was 24 x 35.
YES, YOU CAN... does not really matter that much.

4 - The bank provided bank certificates with the currency of my country. Nowhere does it say canadian dollars. I did, however, inform how much it was in the economic classes form IMM0008. Should I have done any different?
NO ISSUES. I did the same. CERTIFICATE mentions INR and form mentions CND.

Some of them lost card (number provided in main application) and later sent new cc payment form (with new cc number)
They got charged and received PER with new cc number

Cic don't accept scanned copies he has to send courier with cover letter .

I mean that, have to send additional documents in courier and mean time send email to the mentioned ID.

I have one doubt, can we show the FD's which are joint with some one. I have FD's of 7 lakhs which are jointly in name of my father and me.

Can I show those ? or I need to transfer the FD's to my name and then I can show ?

Please help on this..

Its open until april 2015

Get another set of photos done to be on the safer side. They can always request photos later during the photos if they are not satisfied, but why leave the ball in some grumpy review officer;s court.

Size of the envelope need not be followed so stringently. Mine was bigger too and I have got PER.

Bank certificates need not be stating funds in CAD. Make sure u specify ur assets, settlement funds/ liabilities in CAD in the economic form.

Application for Permanent Residence –Federal Skilled Worker Class (NOC: 0113)

Respected Officer,

We have enclosed the document check list (IMM 5612) along with application and supporting documents in connection with Federal Skilled Worker Program.

We have submitted photocopies of supporting documents and originals where required.

Please consider our application for processing.
We would like to make some remarks regarding some aspects of our application in order to clarify some PECULIARITIES of it.
1 – We have enclosed the police clearance certificates, but, in our country, they are only valid for 3 months. Since it takes a couple of months for CIO to process the applications, we don't know if it will be valid when you do so. We can always request new certificates at any time though;I guess u need not specify this as they will ask it later if they think the PCC is outdated
2 – In the form IMM 0008 you will notice that we wrote the name of the occupation using a pen. Need not specify this as the space provided in the application is rediculously small for some detailed answers and it is given that most applicants will srite using a pen.The reason for that is because it wouldn't fit in the provided box as well as because we were uncertain whether we should write the name of the occupation as it appears in the NOC list or the name of my occupation itself. You will see, however, that we are only applying for NOC 0113 and that my main duties match as per stated in the form and in the reference letter;
3 – You will also notice from the reference letter analysis that my duties are very BROAD and that I manage both the purchasing and the property area. Even though the group's company is present in countries all over Europe, it is relatively new in Brazil so one person usually takes care of more than one area;
4 – In the form IMM 5669 I mentioned a job I had from 2011-12 to 2012-04. It is a very small company and everyone I knew in there has already left therefore I was not able to obtain a reference letter from it as no one felt comfortable to make one. Even though I am not claiming any points for this specific job experience I did provide the proof I could gather which is the sheet of the government's labor contract document that mentions it. Reference letters were provided for every other job experience.
5 – In the generic application form (IMM 0008) where I was asked to provide the highest level of education the option chosen was Master's Degree. I was uncertain which to choose since my ICAS assessment report mentions “Post-Bachelor's Diploma” as a comparable level for my MBA course and that option was not available in the list in IMM 0008.
Funds shown on bank statements are in REAIS and if converted to Canadian Dollars (CAD) should be quite a bit more than the minimum settlement funds required. Recent paystubs and reference letter were attached for supporting current employment.

Hi there,
1. I've done my Bachelor's in Business Administration and Masters in Marketing Management. But one of the consultant has advised me to send the documents only for BBA and the consultant told me that Masters in Marketing Management would not be awarded any points.

I did the same and I got my WES report for my BBA as canadian equivalency: 4 yrs bachelor's degree.

Will there be any problem as i didn't get my Masters in Marketing Management evaluated from WES ?

However, to the canadian immigration council iam planning to submit the photocopies of my Master's degree as well,. Please suggest ?

Iam asking this because as a member said that his application was returned as "incomplete WES evaluation"

I almost have all the docs ready and planning to submit before this month end.

Hi All,
My application reached on Aug 28 and i have applied for NOC 2173.
I have attached all the documents required and are listed in the Document Checklist.
But i heard from few ppl that we need to send Graduation and PG marklist to CIC along with the documents mentioned in the Document Checklist ?But i dint send.
It is clearly mentioned in the CIC that unnecessary documents should not be sent ..So will this give chance to reject the my application?
Do i have to send those documents now?

Copies of your Mark sheets, degree, etc. Has to be filled with the original application. Now you can should send additional documents to cio.

Make a cover letter and state your concern including following information
Application received date, time, who received it
Surname
Name
DOB
Passport No
UCI (if you have)
NOC code
Country
Address and contact number

Also send an email to cio on the day when you get the acknowledgment of courier delivery. With all of above details and new courier details so that they can match the documents to your original application.
Don't forget to label your envelop "additional documents for the application date dd/mm/yyyy" and your NOC.

Yes but your name should be the maiden on the FD.

If FD is in joint name (other than spouse who is accompanying you) cic consider that FD with half of the value

They said that I need to send ORIGINAL ECA report... and I send them WES issued duplicate. I thought WES documents ARE originals.
