Thanks for quick reply
I was wondering wont it be a contradictory thing sending in case for two NOCs I mean making the case itself getting into an awkward situation ?
Have you done that or know anyone who has successfully done that and got his case processed ?

There was a forum member who posted last week that he applied for 2 nocs in june and got per mail for both nocs on the same dat. So there is no problem with that. You can go ahead without any hesitation.

Hi All,

After a long wait, i received my PER on 4th of October that was saturday, surprising, but a happy surprise indeed :) :) :), Could not update the forum as i was travelling and just reached back.

Hope my friend Syed would also have received it. Please update the SS, looking difficult through iPad.

Just like to share one thing, I got my PER mail when i was in Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan so felt very blessed.

Would like to thank Ashif, Century, Oscar, Grooby and many other senior members who have always been so helpful throughout this journey till date. I wish we could have same kind of guidance in our life.

App received date 9th June
payment mode: DD
Encashment Date: 25 september
PER: 4th October

Hi All,

I have one doubt, can we show the FD's which are joint with some one. I have FD's of 7 lakhs which are jointly in name of my father and me.

Can I show those ? or I need to transfer the FD's to my name and then I can show ?

Please help on this..

Regards,
Kiran

You will have to have this on your personal name (solely) or if joint, it can be with your spouse. Joint account with anyine else is not acceptable for this purpose.

Good luck

Yes, there are overlaps of roles and responsibilities with respect to a few NOCs. There was one person who got CC charged for both NOCs (within the last couple of days).
Oh that is a life saver to hear that.
Actually i applied in for 2174 and my file got there on 5th of Aug and I am pretty sure I have no chance in that. The other NOCs which have overlapped roles an responsibilities is 2173
2173 has this clause in prereq
Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).which I dont know what it is how to get that .

Can we apply in under two NOCs.
Has anyone done that before and is there any concern if we do that ?
Will it impact the case in one way or another ?
Please help as I want to apply in another NOC as my current NOc seems to be getting capped out before my application could even get opened.

Yes, you can, as in matter of fact one applicant also got successful in both NOCs, by now he must have received PER for both since then he claimed he got charged for both.

Praiseee the Lord, I just got PER.

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/fsw-2014-applicants-timeline-lets-network-here-t199004.93210.html

I submitted two applications for 2 different NOCs (1111 and 0111) as my job duties matched both.
NOC 1111 sent 02/06/2014, received 06/06/2014 LVO, DD cashed on 25/09/2014

NOC 0111 sent 09/06/2014 received 13/06/2014 Accra VO, CC charged 25/09/2014

I got PER for both at the same time.

Congrats. Syed had also received PER on Saturday itself.

People work in different NOCs during there career .... so no big deal with multiple NOCs

If you have shown all the work experience in a single NOC before and you are certain that your file will not be in CAP then also you need not worry.

Besides you have option of withdrawing your file once one of the file is accepted.
How can we withdraw our file in case like this .I mean what is the process as we dont have any UID yet or any control over the file we have sent across.

Hello All,

I am a qualified Company Secretary from India with experience of more than 11 years in the field of compliances. I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. I wish to know whether I will be eligible to apply for PR in FSW Category and if yes, which sub-category.

Hello Forumites,

I am following this forum since long time. I updated the SS today. My file was received by CIC on 5th Aug 2014 under NOC 0112.

I have a small doubt. How can I like a post or reply on this forum and give +1? Sorry for a silly question.

Thanks,
Mustang

Hi Mustang

You need to wait till 20 posts to give someone +1.
All the best for your application and here is your first ever +1 for updating ss.

Many Applicants got their PER on 4th Oct Saturday.. This can not be so called delayed mails by mail server.

May be CIC sure are working on Saturday to Speed UP the Systems....

Hope for wait this week as 11 June DD Applicant..

As per the SS, no one has received the passport request from NVDO.

Is there someone who has submitted the medicals, PCC and PR fees and waiting for Passport request.

Any idea how much time it takes to receive the passport request after submitting the requested documents.

By grace of the one above, got medical forms and RPRF email today.

Where do I send the passport photocopies : CIC or High Commission at New Delhi?
Payment of RPRF is 490 per adult, can be paid online or do you advise demand draft?
I should just take medical forms to the concerned hospital/agency, and they will forward the results directly? To which address : CIC/High Commission New Delhi?
Do I need to take fresh PCC? Mine is dated 29/April (5.5 months old)?
What else (documents) do I need to send?

Advice of seniors and everyone would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Dear Forumities,

Have 1 query, had sent a inquiry email to CIC at CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry <CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca>.
Got a automated reply that if I have provided the name, passport #, DOB etc and if I'm the authorized person to receive communication, i'll receive a reply within 30 working days. So, I replied back to the email with the requested details. Was the process adopted by me fine?? I have not received any reply from CIC for my inquiry mail dated 10 sept 2014.

In my understanding auto reply mail is an unattended mailbox. If you have added details like dob, passport number, name, uci etc...... in original enquiry mail you should get a reply with in 30-45 days.
Good luck
