Conducting in-depth ownership analyses such as Investor Profiling, Ownership Styles, and Ownership Types for investment banking road shows.
Prepare and maintain company valuation models such as Common Stock Comparison, Discounted Cash Flow, Leveraged buy-out and Precedent Transaction Analyses.
Conducting in-depth research and data analyses for Pitch Books:
M&A: M&A Deal reports, M&A League Tables and M&A Volume analyses.
Debt Financing: Company Debt Maturity Profiles, Company Debt overviews, Bond YTM YTW and Credit Spread charts, Debt Financing League Tables and Debt Financing Volume Analyses.
Equity (IPO & Follow-on issues) Financing: Equity Issue analyses, Equity League Tables and Equity Volume analyses.
Company Forecasts: Prepare projected financial statements from IBES and management guidance data.
