ok..Here is my question...hope to get your valuable replies

At the time of sending application...I gave 3 FD (fixed deposit certificates) as POF. They were valid till Aug 20, 2014. Although I have received my PER on 21 Aug, Still I am a little worried as now my FDs are matured and I had to make new FDs. New FDs have different number as well.

Please suggest.

I feel it shouldn't be a problem. Based on document requests done by VOs, I have seen applicants being asked for 6 months statement if they are in doubt. So, if VO asks you for the same, you should be able to provide the new FD acct statement and explaining the same through a cover letter.

Admins please rectify #2856 it has an invalid date. +1 !!! ;)

Requesting comments from seniors and experts, especially in NOC 1112 and 1114.

I initially applied under NOC 1112 and considering that there is no update till date, I am contemplating on sending a new application under NOC 1114. I have listed my job roles and responsibilites below, please comment if this is good enough for 1114.

Conducting in-depth analysis of merger, acquisitions and financing activity across markets / industries / products to draw out conclusions and interpret future trends.

Analyzing client positioning, market share and performance vis-à-vis competitors, and preparing periodic reports for IBD Senior Management.

Tracking client and competitors’ involvement in major deal activity on a weekly basis.
Review and analyze company financials from SEC filings and secondary financial databases such as SDC Platinum, Factset, DataStream, CapitalIQ, Thomson Ownership and Bloomberg.

Conducting in-depth ownership analyses such as Investor Profiling, Ownership Styles, and Ownership Types for investment banking road shows.

Prepare and maintain company valuation models such as Common Stock Comparison, Discounted Cash Flow, Leveraged buy-out and Precedent Transaction Analyses.

Conducting in-depth research and data analyses for Pitch Books:

M&A: M&A Deal reports, M&A League Tables and M&A Volume analyses.
Debt Financing: Company Debt Maturity Profiles, Company Debt overviews, Bond YTM YTW and Credit Spread charts, Debt Financing League Tables and Debt Financing Volume Analyses.
Equity (IPO & Follow-on issues) Financing: Equity Issue analyses, Equity League Tables and Equity Volume analyses.
Company Forecasts: Prepare projected financial statements from IBES and management guidance data.

Thank you.

Don't know if they are off on Eid Ul Adha but certainly they were on off due to Sunday. If they are not off today then news will start coming in 2nd half or by tomorrow, hopefully.

Can we apply in under two NOCs.
Has anyone done that before and is there any concern if we do that ?
Will it impact the case in one way or another ?
Please help as I want to apply in another NOC as my current NOc seems to be getting capped out before my application could even get opened.

Yes no problem with that

Thanks for quick reply
I was wondering wont it be a contradictory thing sending in case for two NOCs I mean making the case itself getting into an awkward situation ?
Have you done that or know anyone who has successfully done that and got his case processed ?

Yes, there are overlaps of roles and responsibilities with respect to a few NOCs. There was one person who got CC charged for both NOCs (within the last couple of days).

People work in different NOCs during there career .... so no big deal with multiple NOCs

If you have shown all the work experience in a single NOC before and you are certain that your file will not be in CAP then also you need not worry.

Besides you have option of withdrawing your file once one of the file is accepted.
