I have a simple question
Wanna to know for CC payment, what is the payee name
is it "receiver general for Canada" or something else?

Wanna to inform my bank before they charge to make sure things will go smoothly

I think the CC charges in the name of 'Citizen and Immigration Canada'

hope this is a cad dd. In case it is mentioned that dd validity is 3 months (Generally not mentioned on dd) then ask ICICI bank to extend validity of the dd.

Yes they stamped it in red valid for 3 months.. Now they say that international dd got accepted even after 3 months.. And for extending the dd or to re validate it, they require actual dd.. Now this is totally confusing.. Btw as per RBI guidelines no bank can issue DD for more than 3 month validity for domestic clearance in India. N now if others are getting their payments cleared after such a long period of time then I see some positive in it for myself also.. Suggest..

I have a question regarding passport? I work in Saudi and originally from pakistan.

My application was received by CIO on 25th June, and still no update from them (No CC charged yet :-()

My passport is getting expired in June 2015. Since, I am on annual vacation in pakistan and will be here till end of october.

Should I get my passport renewed/ re issued from here pakistan? Or I should get it reissued from Saudi? what is best way to do? Can any one shed light?

Dear i am also married nd there is no detail of spouse in passports...
Marriage certificate is fine...it is the authentic proof of marriage...

I am providing BC for my spouse (listed above) .. but it doesnt mention her name and thats why I am providing tenth marksheet as well.. I am not providing affidavit as I think this should be sufficient .. what do you think?

by the way, generally does BC list the name as well? I am not sure ..

Treat affidavit as a supporting document...
It will give strength to your file...
Make.affidavit from parents side

hope youe ere visa valid till oct. Get pp renwed from pak . Attach old pp with new while foming back to saudi . At saufi immigration present both passports. Officer will send u upstairs for nakal malomaat there and then u safe.

Immediately give your pp to your kafilor company hr to get nakal malomaat from jawazat snd your iqama updated on new pp number

I applied to FSW 2014 and just got my application back. Since I ordered FSW WES report, to speed things up, I ordered also duplicate to be sent to my friend in Canada, and sent my app to him. After he received report he attached that duplicated report from WES and sent whole app to CIC.

When I look at my returned app now, I just realized that WES sent duplicate report to him but it is a PHOTOCOPY and charge for that almost 70 bucks?!?! Is that normal?

Of course, I'll send my app in day or two with original but this way, it really looks that I made that photocopy. Only it costed me 68 USD.
