I M 30 TH JUNE APPLICANT
PAYMENT MODE IS DD

WHEN CAN I EXPECT POSITIVE NEWS FROM CIC ???

I READ IN FORUMS 24TH JUNE APPLICANT GOT REJECTION MAIL DURING COMPLETENESS CHECK....IS IT TRUE????

UNTIL WHICH DATE COMPLETENESS CHECK HAS DONEE?????

Dear All,

Thanks for all the support till date. I have now received my IELTS result and will be sending my application tomorrow. I would request a final review by someone to check I have covered everything.

I have prepared this documentation in 1.5 months including application for ECA report, PCC & IELTS. If deemed fit, others can also use it for their reference. I have tried to be as thorough as possible.

Mentioned below is all the documents I am sending, pls let me know if I am missing anything glaring. I have put everything in following order:

1. Document checklist with tick marks where applicable - Original
2. bar Code pages signed and dated- Original
3. Generic application form 4 pages- Original
4. Background declaration for me, signed and dated by me- Original
5. background declaration for wife, signed and dated by her- Original
6. Supplementary form for travels for me (no sign required)- Original
7. Schedule 3 form - signed and dated- Original
8. Additional family information for me - signed and dated by me- Original
9. Additional family information for my spouse - signed and dated by my spouse- Original
10. passport pages for me (I have included visa pages as well) - copies
- Passport pages for my spouse (I have included visa pages as well) - copies
11. IELTS reult for me - original
- IELTS result for my spuse - Original
12. Employment paper - copies unless mentioned, including:
-Cover letter- Original
- Job 1 experience letter from HR (Job 1 relates to my NOC)- Original
- Job 1 Manager letter for roles & responsibilities with his visiting card attached- Original
- Job 1 Offer letter with my visiting card attached
- Job 1 Compensation letter current
- Job 1 Salary slips for 3 months
- Job 1 IT return last year
- Job 1 Certifications copy which are relevant for my NOC
- Job 2 service certificate
- job 2 offer letter
- job 2 release letter (job 2 is not related to my NOC so I havent provided any other details)
13. ECA report from WES- Original
- Marksheets and degress for master and bachelors- copies
- tenth & twelfth marksheets-copies
14. Proof of relationship in canada
- Cover letter - original
- proof of status - PR card of my sister- Copies
- Proof of relationship -Affidavit from parents (original), passport and marriage certificate mentioning parents name (copies)
- proof of residency - bank statement for August month - copies
15. settlement funds
- Cover letter - original
- Bank certificate - original
- EPF statement - copy
16. identity & civil status document
- cover letter - original
- affidavit - same as above as above one mentions my dob and my parents name (or should I issue an affidavit from me that I am born on so and so date)
- tenth marksheet for me - copy
- birth certificate for my spouse - copy
- tenth marksheet for my spouse - copy (as BC doesnt mention her name)
- marriage certificate - copy
- pan card for me - copy
- pan card for my spouse - copy
17. PCC for me - original
- PCC for my spouse - Original
18. 6 photos for me - 5 named, dated, dob mentioned
- 6 photos for spouse - 5 named, dated, dob mentioned
19. Fee payment form - signed and dated with CC details - Original
20. 2 Self addressed label - one in english & one in hindi

All these put in an envelope marked for courier delivery.

noone knows for sure ... but you should expect DD charge in next 3-4 weeks as they are currently charging second week june DDs..

rejection mails are staying a little ahead of charging schedule as they are only based on completeness checks.. its again an assumption that completeness would be done till last week of june ..

Hi All,

When do the file number gets generated which starts with letter "Exxxxxxxxx"
Using this file number I am able view the status on ECAS which says "In Process"

As per my consultant we have still not received PER.

If you haven't received PER then from where you got file number ?


Please educate your consultant and tell him that its Positive Eligibility Review ( PER) mail in which you got file number and receipt number

I have a UCI NO. from Earlier visit visa request
Can I Use it for online Checking my current Status?

Sure dear you don't need our permission for that
Uci remains same for whole life even if anyone got visitor visa or student visa of canada in past , please try checking ecas
Once cic encashes your fee , your ecas status will get activate ( mostly )

Just wanted to confirm one more thing what is the next process now? I mean will I get any communication from CIC regarding transferring of file to NDVO.

And when can I expect Medical request.

One more question, expiry of my passport is june 2016. Any issue?

B1--> short term Business purposes
B2--> Travel purposes

B1/B2 is both travel and business visa...

I am also 9th June applicant who is waiting for a response (CC is not charged yet). When did you get your CC or DD cashed out?

Our consultant had sent an enquiry email in mid of August for which they received an email on 30th September.
In which they had mentioned file number. Using that file number we checked the status in ECAS and its showing "In Process"

But if we see in the forum, 6,7,8,9 june applicants DD's are already encashed, I am 4 th june applicant, if my applicaiton is good then they should Encash my DD.

Really Tears are floating in my eyes.

Brother, i feel its better to add an affidavit of your spouse parent's as well. As per your documents mentioned above, you are attaching your wife's tenth certificate as her BC doesn't mention her name. It's better to provide them with an affidavit. Good luck.

I am providing BC for my spouse (listed above) .. but it doesnt mention her name and thats why I am providing tenth marksheet as well.. I am not providing affidavit as I think this should be sufficient .. what do you think?

by the way, generally does BC list the name as well? I am not sure ..

Dear i am not agree with you that passport should be updated with spouse..
Passport is just a travel document nothing else...
Marriage certificate is mandatory document for marriage

That was what i was thinking. My wife's passport is still not updated. I hope that this will not add a twist at the time of landing...
