9th June applicant here, no CC and no PER as yet. Is it a rejection or I still have hope? Did anyone waited 4 months before the CC was charged?
If it is a rejection (and considering that my application reached there 9th June) when should i expect to receive the papers. I hope i receive it early enough to allow me to re-apply before December.

Dear for United...one of my friends has a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering
But he has experience as Database Analyst which falls under NOC 2172

So he will be applying under 2172 in December.
I wanted to ask if he should apply in this category as I read that a computer's degree is usually required to apply.

Is it possible to show stock market investment as settlement fund?

If yes, which value to show....current market value or the invested amount?

I have given bank balance statement as settlement fund, but planning to move some money into the stock market from that...

If it is PO MIS Account from India post, and if it is less than 1 year of time, sorry to say, you cannot show that.

If it is more than one year..you can reduce 2%...as I think this is the pre-closure penalty if within 2 years (or less if more). Do ensure you get a certificate from your Post master, with "free funds AVAILABLE to withdraw" based on this PO MIS account and SB Account together if any.. (and he will deduct the this pre-closure amount in his certificate), so if later at VO stage when they re validate in detail it is clear.

Many countries have Post Office acting as banking channels. So no worries. All the best!

I tried to track the packet with same registered post no. given by India Post on Canada Post website but its showing that no such packet with this number been booked.

1) Could you give the link of exact Canada Post Website where I can track the registered post from India Post?

2) In change or additional characters to be added in the tracking number provided by India Post for respective packet?

if your;s was a registered post .....google the tracking number ..you will find some help

Finally the PER mail has come.

Occupation: 1123
Application received: 09th June
CC charged: 26th Sep
PER mail: 04th Oct

Now pls confirm how do I check my status in ECAS because I have attempted 2 times and it is showing invalid. Whereas I am submitting like this: identification type: UCI--> Application No. As given by CIC. Surname: Blank(as per my passport it is blank), DOB, Place of birth.

Pls correct/guide.
