Hi,

ME and my wife don't have birth certificate.. For myself I have provided tenth marksheet and affidavit from parents.. Is that enough?

For my wife I have only provided tenth marksheet.. Should I provide the affidavit for her as well??

I will be able to send my application on Monday.. This is urgent.. Pls suggest asap

You can prepare self affidavit for birth certificate and submit it. I have given the format for the same below

Thus any one has information when the CAP status is updated at CIC site. Is it updated on a weekly basis or monthly Basis.
or it is update as per their convenience

I get updated Weekly.. I have noticed only one week they updated the status on monday and tuesday both days ..
Senior can confirm you better.. hope it helps

My friend & I both applied for NOC 2174 using the same Credit Card, our files were received on June 9, the card was charged only once on September 25, I contacted the bank, there was no other attempt. We have not received PER, NER or anything, I'm going nuts. What do you think it is? We have both sent email to CIO too, still nothing...

You will receive PER next week for sure.... I am also a 9th June app. DD waiting......

I have not received PER Email however I just got my first line updated as "We received your application for permanent residence on June 9, 2014."

No, incase of rejection there is no charge, just the application is sent back through regular mail, and UCI # is handwritten on the application.

The UCI # is not always written going by my own experience. My initial application was received at CIO on 20th May, 2014 and was returned back without a UCI. Just a letter from CIO was enclosed.

Hi,
I sent my sister application which was received on 20th May 2014 under noc code 2174. today I received application back stating that It didn't met requirement IRPA section 10. In which it didn't duties under this NOC code. Here I want to know as I received UCI no. which is hand written, can i send once again application giving reference of that UCI id. Or this file if I send will be considered fresh one.

Please suggest me??????

You will get PER by December.

Employment verification is done by VO. They may e-mail or call HR/contact person. For some cases, they arrange interview with the applicant. Didn't heard about fax.

hey all, Sep 2 applicant here, by reading the posts here, I assume I should be expecting the CC cash and PER by mid Dec or Jan. Am I right seniors? one more question; Do they contact my employers before the PER or CC cash or after it? And do you have any idea how they do that? I suppose by email but have u seen any cases that they used fax or other means? Thanks guys
