My personal opinion is that DD encashment will take even more time this week as payment will be released from India and there is a LOOOOOOOONG weekend here.

So go for a holiday and wait for a week atleast!!

Worry is the total waste of time...
It keeps you busy by doing nothing...
Try to keep yourself busy in some activity or work...
You are not going to get solution by worrying...
Have patience...

If your stay in all these 9 countries individually is more than six months, than you need to mention it in question's 8 and 12.

Yeah lets keep it positive. By the way, how can i give a +1 (i am still a newbie in here ). From the applications you have seen so far, did the CC/DD take more than a 100-120 days to get encashed? Although i love your positivity but i am also trying to be realistic about my case.

Hope all are having a fabulous weekend.

Last couple of days we have seen people getting worried about dd cc encashment etc.

I want to assure all that the God is with all of us and will definitely communicate good news in some form or the other.

I'm myself waiting for MR and this forum gives a lot of strength while I'm here.

I know it's easy to say but very hard to do, but please keep faith.

If God has led us to this stage, definitely there won't be a dead end.

Hello All, Hope this is Good News for Us

Since we gone thru a Consultant, On 30th Sep they Received an email with The file number as EXXXXXXXXX, PFB Email Received and so i checked the status in ECAS Tool and It shows In Procress and when i clicked on In Procress it says 1.We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2014.

Our Consultant told that file will be Transfered to Local Visa Office shortly and might received AOR and later MR and other requests in another 30 to 40 days.

Is this a Good News? Need Confirmation from You Folks Only.

No news for rejection or acceptance. Should I wait or drop an email to CIC. Please suggest. Thanks

Thus any one has information when the CAP status is updated at CIC site. Is it updated on a weekly basis or monthly Basis.
or it is update as per their convenience
