The day CIO issued PER, application package is sent to VO on that day. So your file is already at NDVO.

What I was knowing that it takes around 30-60 days for file to get transferred from CIC to NDVO.

Hi FORUM,

Forgot to mention it is my first day in here .

I am a June 9th applicant and until today i did not receive any reply yet. Also, the application amount has not been encashed from my Credit Card yet.
Did any of the forum members waited this long with no reply yet? Should i still be positive or should i just accept reality which is my application has been rejected and is probably in the way back to me (I am a risk and safety engineer and i applied under "2263 - Inspectors in public and environmental health and occupational health and safety". I am wondering if this is could be the reason why i got rejected).

Will i be able to re-apply again? When is the last date before i can re-apply?

Will really appreciate your inputs.

I have applied through an consultant. I m having a very bad experience with him. He said that he hasn't got anty PER email as of now (he mentioned his email in the application form instead of mine)

Is there any way , i can contact CIC to check status of my file????

At this stage , you can do nothing other than patiently wait.

If your consultant has put their ID on the form , then only they are authorized to know your case related information

Hi seniors,
In the Fee Payment Form, instead of marking "x" on the type of CC you used, I ticked it with a "check" mark. Is it just fine? Hope it won't be an issue.

Hi Daniel, X or check is good. Make sure your CC is authorized for International use with the daily limit which covers your application fees.

Hi Harry, give your consultant sometime, approx 2 weeks, but stay on top of your case, keep in regular touch with consultant

Considering that my application was received on 9th June 2014, it has been 116 days so far (more than 100 days :s). So i guess it means it is a rejection :s.

No it does not mean your application is rejected.

You can't say this unless you get official communication from CIO.

You can send them an enquiry email in the mean time.

Am 12th May 2014 applicant...Eagerly awaiting MR , PCC & RFRP requests..

How to check ECAS status. as i am seeing in few cases people whu have not received PER are taking abt ECAS status update. I have not got the PER no. DD not cashed .Can i check ECAS status of my file?

I got email from London VO

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

The following should be emailed to this office within the next 15 days:

-updated Schedule A forms for you and your spouse **questions 8 and 12 of the Schedule A form must be completed from age 18 to the current date and must not show any gaps in the dates. We are aware that the wording of these questions asks for details for the last 10 years, however, this office requires these questions to be completed from age 18. These forms may be downloaded from our website www.cic.gc.ca**

Important: please do NOT include your numerous periods of short term travel in either questions 8 or 12.

Regarding your question, i am of thought that they dont want you to mention your travel itinerary in question's 8 and 12. For example, since year 2010 - 2012 you have been in country xyz, however in between this period you have been to two other countries aaa, bbb for small durations (under six months). For this case you just need to mention country XYZ from 2010-2012 and whatever your status was in that country. All other small duration stays are anyways mandatory to be mention in supplementary travel form. This is what i understood of this, kindly check with seniors and experienced guys.

I have travelled from 2005-2011 in more then 9 countries, so I shouldn't write details of my travel
