NOC 4011 is for university professor and lecturer. If your college is affiliated with university, in that case, they may accept it.

You said you taught at university - so just show one year teaching experiences at university - that will serve the purpose.

Thanks , I will just go with the University one, the college is a Jesuit college, no direct affiliation to a particular University...
I will keep up with this forum when I am making my application, cant afford it to make any mistake again...

You are referring to news published Attorney David Cohen's who is very well respected; though according to the news, CIO won't continue the program, but it is unofficial and the news did not publish any source of it.

Without going into any controversies, let's concentrate only what is official: FSW2014 will continue till April 2015.

A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction

100% guaranteed - it won't filled up by Dec 2014.

Century, will we still have time even though application would most probably leave for Nova Scotia on December 24th. That's whats worrying me that it wont arrive before December ends or before the date in which they will accept the application.

cic currently charging 15th june applicants.Considering the rush in your noc it will be very tight to reach 1000.Cap is already reached to 778 in your NOC and you will be charged in Nov. Approx. BUT anything can happens. Have faith in GOD.

I applied for temporary work permit to do my post doc at University of Alberta. I have the offer letter from the University. I applied online on Septemnber 4, 2014. I'm still yet to get any update. Kindly help. I'm in a fix, I have to resign from my current Job. I have to shift my things to my native in TN, India. I have not yet booked my flight ticket. I'm supposed to Join in canada on Nov 1st. Kindly help plz by your advice.
