But why would they say requirements

They just pointed out the violation (in general) and then specified what you did wrong after. Just review and re-submit your package ASAP. What's your NOC code?

Oh but did the consultant show u the letter they send

No they didnt, they just said you application is returned due to credit card declined transaction. they tried 3 attempts to that.

I think I am losing my mind.... Why didn't just say send a new payment rather than say u donot meet the requirements of IRPA regulation sec 10

Does it mean you are the first 16 June applicant charged?

I think so, this is the message I have got.

Amt of Rs.XXXXX was spent on your XXXX Credit Card from Citizenship and IMM FSW.

Let me know if someone else is getting a different message.

Dont worry about that IRPA. You still have time just go to the bank and send a new draft with the new application.

I am sure you will make it. All the best.

What in the world is happening in CPC-Ottawa? I found that some applications that received PER in Mid September received their Medical request, while we didn't (PER was Mid-August). Should I be worried?

How do they process applications? Is it by NOC? Do they just have a pile and they are taking from the top? :)

Notes:
Application was received on May 8, PER on August 14

Just #accept and move on with a new application. There's still a light from where your standing on. Good luck! :-)

They are just saying that your application is incomplete in official language.

7.1. Receiving the application at the visa office
On September 1, 2006, a “Simplified Application Process” for FSWs was introduced. As of this
date, with the exception of applications submitted to the visa office in Buffalo, applicants submitted
only a modified IMM 0008 as well as the fee payment at time of initial application. As these
applications are brought forward for processing, applicants are asked to provide updated forms
and supporting documents. Although the application should already have been reviewed for the
purposes of R10 on initial receipt, it should be reviewed again on receipt of the updated forms and
supporting documents particularly for the purpose of paragraph R10(1)(c).
Applicants must complete and sign the IMM 0008, application for permanent residence in Canada,
as well as Schedules 1 and 3 of this form and then submit the applicable fees in Canadian funds
to the visa office.
Applications received at the visa office will first be reviewed for completeness, including:
 required forms;
evidence of payment of the applicable fees (see Section 5.2 for more information on fees).
 the Use of a Representative form, if appropriate.
The visa office will perform an R10 completeness check of the application. R10 prescribes what
constitutes “an application” under the Regulations. An application includes, among other things,
the following documents, information or declarations:
1. a signed and completed IMM 0008EGEN containing the name, birth date, nationality,
marital status and current immigration status of the applicant and all family members
(whether accompanying or not), and identifying the principal applicant;
2. the visa, permit or authorization being applied for;
3. the class in which the application is made;

Hi Friends,

Finally CIC charged my credit card on 01st Oct 2014. My first application was returned due to credit card not allowing to charge. I re-applied again and application reached on June 16th.

In case if you have provided CC details call your bank and tell them to approve the transactions from CITIZENSHIP AND IMM FSW. Then only our card will be charged.

Kindly help me to update the SS. All the best.

NOC: 1112
PER: Still waiting.
So did you have your UCI number generated when ur application was returned?

Thank you guys for your advice. I have another question. I am currently on a study permit in Canada. My national ID is in my home country but I have a photocopy of it on my laptop. I asked a professional translator to translate it and he did. However, I believe that I should also get this photocopy notarized. Unfortunately, I cannot do that because in order to have notarized, a lawyer should compare the original to the photocopy. Do you think I should write an explanation letter about this and include it in my application? Or, should I just submit the photocopy with the translation (and affidavit) without any information about why I did not get notarized?

P.S: I will also submit my birth certificate. Therefore, I am not sure if they want me to submit a notarized photocopy + Translation of my ID.

Experts need advice.
We are done with medical and RPRF (letter sent to NDVO on 23 Sept).
Problem is I am moving out of India, going to US in October last week. So my passport would not be available for stamping.
I am dependent and my family will stay in India for next few months.
Please let me know the procedure so that I get my passport stamped in US.

Thanks

Thanks for reply... i dont have one year experience in both jobs is it possible to apply combine.
I don't think so. You need to have at least one year in one job but I could be wrong. Write an email to your visa office, call or email cic they will respond with reliable info.

Pls find answers inline. All the best. Depending on ur app date, hurry up as cic staff take some time for additional docs to be added to original docs.

I see, when sending additional documents "Add label on the envelop mentioning additional docs and mention the details of ur original doc here too"

I didn't mention it on envelop but added cover letter inside and mailed to CIC. Anybody else succeeded this way, or should I resend again?

friends, any updates from ndvo after 12 may !!
