Even if you have a job offer but the minimum language criteria is to have 6 band in each. No matter about other factors.

No, they send it right away, everything else depends on the post administrations involved in delivering the envelope.

Good thing is - you've a job offer so you are exempted from the CAP (1000) so you don't have any issues with the timeline. Appear in IELTS as soon as you can & you can apply again.
Not sure, if you can update your existing application but would suggest you to apply a fresh one with eligible scores.

To seniors, i see in sheet humber applied from Canada and he received his courier back in approx of a week time. so does it mean other June (20th onwards) files if rejected and non canada locations are on the way? any thoughts?

Sorry to hear this. You still have 100% chance for 2281. Please recheck your documents and send them asap.

CIC did the completeness check for june 24 on September 24 and got back to you by oct 1 that's a important piece of information for us.

I think CIC started on the July apps completeness check from this week. : :

Once they return the application the file is closed and one needs to start from scratch if he wants to reapply.

Job offer doesnt matter for FSWP. Is it a full time permanent job offer? And what permit are u on currently in canada?

Is the job LMO(Labour market opinion) or LMIO based?

i think the funds should also be deposited into Canadian bank i.e Scotia bank ...they have branch in new delhi

it will provide easy access to money in Canada...

what are your views on this......
