Hi All,

Probably I am asking something which was asked in the past, however just need the days.
Unfortunately it is not there for NDVO post MR. (Request for an estimate)

If every thing falls in place. Post we apply, how many days would it need for

1 - CC / DD to get charged

2 - From CC / DD charged to get PER

3 - Post PER to get AOR (if we get one)

4 - Then to get MR

5 - MR to get Passport request

6 - Passport request to Visa Stamping

Hi All,

My application was returned due to not submitting my birth certificate in local language (original language) this is supposedly a new regulation according to my agent. They have now resubmitted the application once again with the birth certificates.

Anyone else faced the same situation by any chance ? please let me know how it was resolved. Also when new regulations come does CIC keep returning the application . Cant they just request the new forms or documents required only ? PLEASE ADVICE !

Initially applied - 13th June
NOC - 1123

Now that you have already sent a new application, there is nothing you need to do except to be aware that your representative is a novice and is hiding it.

These are all case- and VO-specific estimates. Try doing your own research with the SS. It's all in there.

This is not new regulation. Your consultant have misguided you. If you would have read the guide properly, this mistake never have been made. If any document ( including birth certificate) in your local language, then you should send:
(1) The translated copy in English and notarized.
(2) Certified Copy of your Original certificate. (in your case birth certificate)
(3) An affidavit of translator who have translated the document.
If you will go through the guide you will find this:
Link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#eg73
Table of contents : STEP 1 Gather Documents.
Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

I recommend you to Re apply as your 1123 cap is moving very slow. GOOD LUCK.

If it is, then write accordingly in relevant table/column.

Hi HDG,

See? It's self-explanatory really. If no NDVO applicant moved further the MR stage, then it would be wrong and elusive to speculate about the timeframes, since these so called findings wouldn't be backed up with statistical data. Neither we can refer to FSWP-2013, because it's been processed under different MIs. So as much as I would like to give you an estimate, at this very point I can only put you through to Oscar7 with his crystal ball.

Dears .. Along with the original ECA report, do we need to send a copy of the bachelor certificate or do we need to send the original bachelor certificate ?
As a supporting document to your ECA report you should submit copy of your degree certificate. In addition to this You can also send copies of mark-sheets and copy of transcript which is absolutely optional. GOOD LUCK.
