Help please! CIC tried to charge my CC yesterday (Sept. 30th) and my bank blocked the charge. Will they try to charge it again? I've told my bank to allow the charge to go thru.

Yes. CIC will do it up to 3 times.

I hve applied under NOC 1111, and my application was received on 4th June. But till yesterday I have got the confirmation from my bank that DD has not been encashed yet. What should I do as I can see many applicants after me have got their PER mail as well.

Are these guys issuing PER mails as per NOC codes or in order of applications receeived.

I dont have UCI number, so do I have any option of checking in through ECAS. Please suggest. Thanks

I received an MR email last August 29. When will my ECAS status be updated to: We Started Processing your application on <<<date>>>?

As I checked this morning, the status is still the same after I received my PER, which is We Received Your Application on <<<date>>>.

Is it normal?

hi, i have the same dilemma as yours...i applied for noc 4011 last may 28 and still waiting. i also called my bank if any transaction was made for my bd but they told me none. i also dont have the number so i cant check the ECAS... lets pray... please pray for us...

Hello Members,

I am a May 22nd applicant and my application was filed under 2 NOCs 2173/2174. I haven't yet received my PER and since I had used draft as the govt fee I have no way to confirm if they fee is encashed.

Are applications filed with multiple NOCs getting rejected this year?

hi, you can ask your bank to check your bank draft. i did several times and they were helpful.

i returnt to my country 14 years ago, before that i had lived in another country about 18 years.
do they require the current country PCC only?

Every Country you have lived after 18yrs of age for more than 6 consecutive months PCC is required.

NOC: 2174
Application Received: 5 June
DD Encashment: 22 Sept
PER Received: 01 Oct 11.15AM CAD Time

Goodluck to those who are still waiting for their PER/MR and congrats to those wo have also received.

My application reached on June 04 , ECAS is showing in process, as my CC got charged on Sep 22 but no PER yet. I found June 06 applicants also getting PER. what does this indicate??

Every Country you have lived after 18yrs of age for more than 6 consecutive months PCC is required.

that's what i read on CIC site too.
it will be a nightmare cuz i need to fly to that country to get it.
i cant get it from outside that country.

In most cases they try for 3 attempts. Be hopeful. GOOD LUCK.
