Hi Seniors,

I sent my application long back, and have been coming across the posts that PAY STUBS also have to be sent.

As far as I remember pay stubs are not mentioned anywhere in the checklist, is it mandatory to send them across with the application ?

No these are optional supporting documents.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on this:

I would consider a case positively if they are not bringing their unemployed spouse and children as it would put more stress on canadian benefit system if they accompany the applicant and remain unemployed beyond a point and start claiming benefits.

Second, resettlement to a different country is a very risky decision in life. So, once should consider this with some mitigation plan like relocating only himself instead of entire family. I have seen immigration systems welcome this as they totally empathize with the immigrants cautious approach.
By not being able to economically stabilize, i believe CIC is referring to current income levels of the applicant. Even after qualifying in all areas, one might be cautious if their income levels are very low when compared to other applicants in the same category.

I think minimum settlement funds and minimum ielts should not be a problem, as these are stipulated by CIC themselves and they would not contradict their own guide lines.

There are my views. Please let me know if my understanding is right.

You may be right, and it is not something to worry about, just apply in the way that best suits your situation.

Hi future_canadian,

Well it's quite visible, it'r right on the second page, there are some headings:
1) Title, grade etc
2) Location etc
3) Main Accountabilities - (here my duties are mentioned in very clear manner - there are 8 bullet points explaining my role and job requirements)

I hope CIC pays attention to it.

Would it be acceptable?

Thanks.

Yes they certainly would pay attention to it, it's a question of whether it matches your NOC well enough. (The same question as any reference letter.)

Good luck!

It's everything but 'simple', but the FSWP-2014 intake will be open until April 30, 2015.
yes dear it's a known fact.....
but my question is rather different .....
Will the applications applied on or after 1 January 2015 be considered under express entry? ?

hello
help please ......

if I file my application in JANUARY,
Will it be considered under simple/current system or under Express Entry System??? ??? ???

If you submit it under FSW it will be considered under FSW. If you submit it under EE it will be considered under EE. You probably could submit it under both, but they would be separate applications so far as we know at this time.

@ wael.ot

Did you select Cairo visa office and despite that had your application sent to Ottawa? And when did you receive your medical request?

I select Cairo Visa Office. However, I received MR+RPRF from CPC-Ottawa last Friday Sept. 26th

Hii all,,

Name in Passport and other certificates - Muddasir Ahmed
Name in Birth Certicate - Mudassir Ahmed.

I sent a cover letter along with my application explaining this, is it a big issue? I assumed this as a small misspelled case. Only today i read somewhere that a notarized affidavit should be send if there is any differences of name in birth certificate and other documents. . Getting nervous now!!! Should i now send notarized affidavit separately, will they accept it. I only submitted my application few days before. Seniors and Experienced forumites please help

Thanks and Best Regards

Looking at your time line on SS it seems you received MR+RPRF request in just 16 days after receiving PER e-mail. That's Super Fast!

Congratulations.

Hello seniors,

Due to an oversight on my part, I ended up sending the prior versions of the forms, however, realized it soon and sent revised versions of the forms as additional documents. Fortunately, both packages were received by Donnie. I intend to write an email as a follow up, please confirm if this is the correct email ID: CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca.

Thank you.
