consider applicants of date June 19, June 23 and June 24 are have got their files back in mail. that means their files must have gone through pre checking around 15 days back......

Analysing this situation, CIC must have pre-checked files till June 30.

Any other opinions ?

I have one question that what is the significance of city (Canada) we choose in form.

And any suggestion that which city should I choose?
I am not much aware about the cities of Canada.

It doesn't matter, you just can't choose anywhere in Quebec because Quebec has a separate skilled worker program.

I have a question. This forum is fantastic. I have been silent reader of this forum for months.
Although have a question now: I submitted my application on June 24 and yesterday I received my application back due to the missing birth certificate. (thats it)
However, in my initial application I included the bonafide certificate, secondary school certificate indicating my date of birth.

However I managed to find the copy of my birth certificate and school leaving certificate. I resend my application today. Hopefully they will consider this.
I checked all my application forms, there was a UCI number noted in my application.
I am an NOC 2171 category. Will I be considered back to the June applicants or I will be considered again from the date my application will reach cic this coming friday?

Please help!!!

From what I understand that godbless me has resent his application and it would reach this friday? am i right??

yes, this is a formality, probably required for data analysis at CIC end.

Toronto is the most commercialised city with plenty of job opportunities as compared to other cities, but competition is also high here. Also weather is harsh in winters. But my first choice nevertheless. I love cold weather.

a friend of mine had his application returned today as he did not attach his education document with the ECA
if he sent his complete application again will he start the queue from the end or not
also his NOC is 2174, when do you expect it to reach the cap?

He will start at the end of the queue. 2174 is almost surely capped already.

If he decides to re-send, make sure he checks to see if any of the forms have updated since he sent the former application, and ideally update the information on the forms. If you update the generic form remember to re-validate.

1 month minimum to send it ordinary post. 30 sept - 1 month = 30 aug.

This means, typically, an application sent is getting attended to in a month or 45 days.
From then on, it is taking 30 days for payment charge
from then on, 10 days for PER.

When was your CC charged dude.

CC charged on sept 15. But a week later I got an email from WES to apply for a duplicate report with cic as the recipient. Guess that delayed my PER process.
