Please open you eyes and see. Observe the 2013 ss closely. you can understand it very well then what I am saying. The number of applicants getting filled under a particular NOC will never come down with time. The over all cap filling rate can come down because hot NOCs are already filled. Now 2173 reached to 392 in 41 days of the start of of MI13. This guy's wife gonna give her IELTS tomorrow. By the time they file the application it will be this month end. So 5 more months ie. 150 days more. As the caps are following linear progression there is no chance he will make the cap.

Just thought there could be a little chance. What about July 18th?????

I thought so but why then not to shut it down? They moved to Warsaw only PR applications, all other visa types are processed in Moscow.

It is called principle of reciprocity. Had they closed down the CPR completely, Russian MFA would have done the same with the Embassy's consular section in Ottawa, which seems a little extreme for both parties.

I have a great news to share. By the Grace of God Today we have received MR & PCC . They have asked us to submit everything within 30 days. Bit Stressed now as we have not started any PCC process yet and don't know how long it will take to get medical appointments.

But with the email VO has asked us to complete "IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM"

Need urgent help from seniors on how to complete this form?

After I have sent my application, I quit the job as well.

1) daily following up with bank and even today they are saying DD not encashed.
2) Already applied to QSW, going to withdraw my file soon

Hey brother, as long as you are honest and provide logical explanation, there should not be any issue. Rather, if you intimate the VO in advance, it will prove that you are honest. I don't think, it will gonna affect your application if you inform your latest status.

Payment mode was DD (HDFC). As per the email payment date is 23 Sep, 2014. I suppose bank would reply back with the actual date on which DD was drawn, 25-26 Sep.
