You can attach your work contract in which everything is mentioned. Also, add cover letter stating that my university is not giving all details in experience letter. That'll be good to go I guess.

that won't be wise I think . they want those info in your experience letter and nothing could supplement that.

that won't be wise I think . they want those info in your experience letter and nothing could supplement that.

bro, try the respective dean of your school. I took my Experience reference from the dean of my faculty and I believe you should try the same.

I agree that getting the experience letter in the required format is very important, and as you advised, I tried the dean of my faculty at the beginning but she decisively refused to issue the letter as I wanted saying it is the general policy of the university and she has to abide by it.

However, I have nothing to do but to attach the work contract with the cover letter.

Name in Birth Certificate - Mudassir Ahmed,

Will this have any effect, do i need to put in affidavit or cover letter, or let it be like this. Please suggest.
