Yes, it may get delay for your PER process as much as 1 month. :( :(

But the good news is till date, whoever faced this WES upgrade issue, 100% of them received PER. ;D ;D ;D

I got an evaluation completed notification for my duplicate report from WES with CIC as beneficiary. The anxious wait for PER no begins..... ???

All those who have made DD, can you please help me explain this?
In my case I had to wait until CIC sent me the PER email. It was 4 days between the cashing and the PER email

Hi,

I recently applied for FSWP under NOC 2174. I received confirmation of delivery of my application in Sydney, NS on Wednesday last week. Right now my NOC category stands at 718/1000 (according to CIC website) and I was wondering what this number means. Does it stand for applications already processed or just for applications received but not necessarily processed yet?

I guess what I really want to know is if an application counts toward the NOC sub-cap as soon as it's received in Sydney or when it has been processed/approved.

Thanks for your help

No body is sure about it, however it is assumed that it is a count of PER issued in a particular category. And this count is in synch with the applications presently charged which is for the month of May.

Time for sleep. Looks like there wont be any cap update today. :-X :-X

there will be !! stay put !!

Thanks for the reply. I have a BsC in Computer Sciences and, in addition to my programming experience, my work letter also indicates experience in Database designing and management so I think I would also fall under NOC 2172. As a matter of fact I didn't apply for 2172 due to the low number of applications received in this category (I thought it would be harder to be accepted or something)

My application is already sent, would I need to wait until it is returned to re-apply? Do you have any idea how long until they send it back.

Thanks

Only when it has been processed, not when received. Sorry to say this but you won't be in the cap. Try looking others categories to see if you can apply in any of them or just wait until Express Entry opens in January.

just want to ask if the information provided on cic link is absolutely correct or not??

CIC is the ultimate authority. Who will challenge them ? Whatever they publish stands true :)

So proof of full custody even if i have IMM 56054E?

I don't have experience with this situation. Suggest you read the document and the checklist carefully and follow exactly.
