Hi,

I had picked category 1112 (financial and investment analyst) while applying for qualification assessment with ICAS. but later on, I have decided to apply under category 0111 (Financial managers). I have received the assessment report and it just says that the bachelor is equivalent to Canadian bachelor and MBA is equivalent to Canadian MBA. It does not mention anything about the category on the assessment report.

I would like to ask for guidance if I am eligible to apply under different category now.

you can apply under any category you want so long as your reference letters match your NOC.

I feel so happy today. Actually my application was supposed to reach on 27th May. But then I identified few mistakes in my form. So with help of my sister and brother in law, I rerouted to their canadian address. Without them and your help, it was difficult to make it today. I will update my entry in SS soon.

Guys, I have Given up hope now,

Medicals/RPRF Fee/PCC submitted 07/23/2014 reached 07/25/14
No ECAS Update to reflect medicals received.
Medicals were ok and re-confirmed with the doctor.
Emailed CPP Ottawa requesting confirmation of received documents, no response over 25 days.

No Idea what should I do, Its been over two months since submission of documents. Any advice?

I am in need of help I am 24th June applicant[/i] but I am still confused even with the engagement of an immigration lawyer. my employer failed to give me reference letter so I put down all my duty and responsibilities and all my engagement letter even my promotion letter was attached to my application with my payslip. can all this bring me positive response from cic soon? just confused cos the reference letter was not on company letter head paper. Is there any one that has done the same as mine and what was the reply from cic ?

Can you be more specific? Who gave a letter with your duties? You or someone else? If someone else, who?

They(cic) didnt post anything but one of the applicant whose file reached 22nd June to CIC has been returned due to some reason, so since this guy's file has already reached him, means it would have been posted atleast a month back by cic. Assuming this, i think that by now cic would have completed July completeness check too. This is just as per my understanding

Which is this applicant of June 22......
because June 22 was Sunday and CIC didn't receive any any file on this day....

Guys , If i pay RFRF online , how it will link to my application number as in online payment mode , there is no way to link application number/UCI to payment page ....

suppose if i pay it online , then how Visa office will link it to my application ?

You get an online receipt for the same which you need to send to the VO.
