can anyone pls suggest for the method of sending application from USA to CIC for NOC 2132 ?

I noticed UPS has been faster per spreadsheet, & online estimate shows ~ 80-100$ with 3rd day delivery confirmation. Is this normal or should I look for other option?

UPS IS NICE OTHERWISE PT FOR FEDEX/DHL/BLUEDART

But, doesn't a NER letter (issued from CIO Sydney) state that the applicant's application is not eligible for processing by the VO? For example, if duties do not match with NOC, the application is filtered and never reaches the responsible VO.

Well it works this way , whoever applies for whatever category to visit Canada is issued a Client number, and this is done regardless of the outcome.This number remains the same .

So someone who had applied for student visa or tourist visa in the past , is still assigned the same number for FSW category.

Hope this clarifies.

It is MUST that you send notarized copies of ALL your individual mark-sheets (every semester) and notarized copy of your degree certificate along with the ORIGINAL WES report with your application. I have seen people missing that and getting rejections.

Regarding POF.....(liquid) Assets should be more than liabilities by at least around 23000 CAD to 25000 CAD...this is to prove that you have enough initial settlement funds....

For 2172 category, see the projections/estimations of CAP closure dates on the excel sheet maintained in this forum...

Few corrections :

1. Notarised marksheets and degree certificates not required. Plain photocopies are sufficient. Again marksheets are not even mandatory. Copies of degree certs are ok.
2. Settlement funds need not be 23000-25000 CAD. It depends on no of dependents as below

3. 2172 is a stone cold NOC. Apply anytime and you need not worry on CAPS.

Mainly the JOB DUTIES need to be mentioned apart from Joining date, Pay/ month plus benefits, Work hrs / week.

In document checklist for FSWP '14 Canada, i see they mentioned that to attach 6 photographs for each of your family members whether accompanying or not. Is it true? They aren't applying or accompanying me but still i have to attach their pics?

Hi All,

I am getting worried because of my concern below.

I have worked in one organization for more than six yrs in two episodes. My designation , JD and even departments I worked with is same. At the time of submitting my application I sent job descriptions,reference letter and pay slips for latest job. However, I did not send JD's for my previous tenure from the same organization but to claim points for that period too I sent reference letter and contract papers.

Friends please share will I be able to get full experience points in this regard? Do I need to produce separate JD's even worked at same organization with same designation and same duties?

Your response will be appreciated.

This can be mentioned in same ref letter mentioning your different tenors with them and also stating that job duties for both tenors are same and as mentioned below.
