Hi! Anybody who has got the medical done from MAX, Panchseel at Delhi, how much time does it take to get the 3rd line of Medical received updated on the ECAS after the medical tests. I had got my tests done last Friday i.e on 19th, but no update in the ECAS status yet. I am yet to send my pcc and rprf, but I believe that the medical line update should happen after the tests itself. Am i right? Anybody has any idea? I'm starting getting worried now!!!!

Congratulation. +1 for the update.

CC experts,
Regarding CC payment, assuming the cardholder name, CC number, CVV number and validity date are correct; however there is a mismatch in the address, will this be an issue of charging? What will most likely happen in this case? Will it cause outright decline of charging? Or it will still float subject to verification by the bank(in which bank will still call the holder for confirmation)?
Hoping for your response.Thanks.

Sorry need to ask this question again for second opinion and reassurance from you guys especially those who are experts in CC as this made me feel uneasy since realizing it yesterday.

Sometimes it is needed for making online payments. But, if you are from India or if you are card is from India, it may not be required. Certain Countries require it as an additional security check. E.g: UK.

Thanks for ur guidance.
I also have a property on my name with my father as co-owner
I am still repaying the mortgage ...pending loan amount is quite substantial
Is it mandatory to get the evaluation done for the property? And submit evaluation with application?
Or can i submit evaluation when they ask?

I too have property Nd loans. But I have not shown. It will better to show required funds and live tension free. Other Seniors members can also throw some light.

I am glad that you asked this question. Most recently I had this dilemma of the "address" field in the FEE Payment form.

Before I proceed to explain, take a look at this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ng_0MELVHEk

Now: The fee payment form has 2 sections; Section A and B.

According to the video and after a taking a closer look at the Fee Payment form, you will realize that the Section B is the segment titled CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. This segment is exactly what the title says - The set of questions that you need to answer for your Credit Card payment to be authorized (by you). This is also reaffirmed by the details in the video link.

Section A is primarily for applicants using the DD/Cheque mode of payment. This is further explained in the final stage of the video.

I would suggest you to relax. The Address field in section A, based on my analysis, does not need to correspond to the registered address of your Credit Card. Furthermore, this field should be 'Not Applicable' to CC applicants.

Thanks Optimist3. Well, my CC is from Qatar so I guess it wont be an issue.

Good. Confirm with the bank if address is part of the security check which happens on the card. Else, you are all good to go :).

Good Luck!!
