You only need to send the proofs of settlement funds with the application.

It is not Mandatory to provide proof of Assets. If you can provide the supporting documents for the settlement funds - you should be fine.

ECA has to be sent in ORIGINAL.

The Document Checklist specifies this clearly. You have misread it.

If you currently have 2 Original versions of WES Report (assuming you went for WES Evaluation) then you most likely have sent a copy.

ECA is a MANDATORY document. I do not think CIC accepts it as an additional document in which case you may have to prepare a new package.

If I understand you correctly - you currently have 2 Sets of ECA Reports in ORIGINAL with you ?

Also - you did not get any other WES and/or ICAS evaluation apart from this Evaluation ?

If the above 2 are correct - We are pretty much looking at a minimum or frankly zero probability that your package has an ORIGINAL ECA Report enclosed.

What is your NOC ?

WES provides two copies of ECA report. In case, you ordered additional copies of WES and have 2 originals with you its fine. But if you didn't order any additional copies and still have both the originals with you then you did not send the original to CIC.

Please advise me urgently whether 10th class certificate can be used in place of Birth certificate (I don't have BC copy) and I missed to attach it with the application package, can I send it now and will the CIC accept it?

Yes please make an affidavit from your parents side and attach it with your 10th class marksheet provided it has all the necessary fields (including your parents name and date of birth)....send it as soon as possible dont delay.
Provide your full name,passport number,date on which your file was received,by whom it was received,uci number if any....and also mail them about sending your additional documents...and relax dis is the only thing that can be done othrwse you have to prepare for a new package
