Is it okay to sign the docs in BLUE ink or its must to sign in BLACK ink.

Please confirm..I'm sending the package now and got this doubt..

Did any application got rejected due to blue ink.

for CAD1100 how much INR balance should be there in CC? Is School leaving valid proof of Date of birth??

Do you mean credit limit of CC ?

For 1100 CAD, Rs. 70,000 available limit is fine and you should not use it for any other expenditure.

Please advise me urgently whether 10th class certificate can be used in place of Birth certificate (I don't have BC copy) and I missed to attach it with the application package, can I send it now and will the CIC accept it?

I guess there were ppl who had submitted 10th class certificate as DOB proof and have got their PER. GET affidavit to be safe

I would say INR 70000 should be sufficient.

Well thats way over but be on the safe side because you dont know what premium they are going to charge.

Last year when I was applying for FSW after signing the forms in blue I noticed in the guide that said it should be signed in black. I printed all the forms again and signed them in black. Such a waste of time, if I only knew that doesn't matter

.Guys I need your expert opinion again once more.. Our case is..mwe filed our application last week.. A job offer abroad came but the embassy requires us to change our passports.. My question is can I change my passport including my wife's while we are waiting for PER? And later after receiving PER we can inform them the recent changes about our work place and passport?

Yes you can. Inform respective VO after you get PER

so for now as I got confirmation of my dd ecashment I would like to share few things

Mistake : I photocopied my whole set of papers just before sending my courier and later in mid of August while rechecking photocopies I realised additional family info form for applicant was not there .
I was shocked
There could have 2 possibilities
1: photocopy vendor guy missed my single page form while making photocopy and my original form gone with file .
2: my original form left with photocopy vendor itself :-\

As I was not ready to take even 1 % chance I sent additional info form again to cic with all th details and after delivery confirmation of additional document ( by dhl) I sent email with all the details including screen shot of additional document's arrival details ( on 28th August )

Though I dint get email reply till now but I m sure my file is complete for now ( as I got charged now)

Moral of the story: I recommend to keep one full set of photocopies of your final file but after making photocopy please get that file back home re-check everything , seal it and then courier .


P.s. I dint send my kiddo's passport with file ( included 150 cad for the same though) will provide at later stage.

You have mentioned in your timeline that AOR was received on 2nd Sept. Was it AOR or PER bcoz NDVO is not sending any AORs this year?

Dear Admin,

i have a query that i applied on dated 13 august with pcc from india(6 month validity)and england(one year).
if i got per in 4 month time, still i need to take pcc(india) again or i have no need to have fresh pcc.

You probably wont be requested for a fresh PCC post AOR. By the past statistics VO provides around 60 days worth of time if at all they request a fresh PCC from you.
