Does anybody know what to do in case one is unable to submit the FBI PCC on time, I mean within 45 days. Does NDVO provide any extension?

June 5 applicant here but still no CC charge, I know the chance of being charged is very slim now. Would somebody please tell me when I can expect the app to be returned? Would it be returned to me or my consultant?

Also, would I have a chance to make it to the Cap for 3012 if I refile?

I GOT MY UCI IN 2008 WHEN I APPLIED FOR FSW IN JAN..THE CASE WAS TERMINATED
IS THAT UCI WILL BE VALID NOW...

Hi Seniors ,I had query about my WES report ,I have completed three year Poly technic diploma in Electronics engineering-WES Report has given me Canada equivalence two year diploma(Secondary school diploma).
After diploma i have completed Bachelor of engineering in Electronics engg by lateral entry in second year,so total three years engineering degree.-WES Report has given me canada equivalence Four year engineering degree.

Kindly suggest me how much points i will be receiving for my studies as per WES report.plz advice plzzzzzzz.

Friends, i have a concern for the NOC 1113, all NOCs have altleast 1 applicant now but 1113 still slows "-".

Dont you all think its too good to be true?

Can we place an enquiry somewhere in CEC with regards to this NOC i.e. what is the status and why have they still put "-" there.

Does it mean that this NOC is not open at all?

No, they just haven't received any yet. This is a very specialized profession and I can only recall 1 poster on this forum who said he was applying under 1113.

Dear, 5 June is yet not over it is still on. Think positive why to think negative.

Only thing is we can do a precaution by applying FBI before time...current timeline is 8-10 weeks...i think You can search in the forum...few days back some people were discussing FBI sending notification to CIC that they will are delaying PCC. how is this notification sent was discussed that day..look for the link..if i find i will get it for u...when did u apply for PCC?
