My current jobs roles and responsibilities match only 10-20% with this NOC.But I can manage to write required(fake) roles and responsibilities from my employer on company letter head.

Will in future CIC verify my roles and responsibilities from employer?

Is their any risk evolved in it?

Hello All:

Please advise.

I have done 2 FBI PCCs until now.

The First one was done for 2013 application, but my application was returned due to Cap. I applied second time with the FBI PCC which was more than 3 month old. Therefore I got another new PCC in July for the new 2014 application, which will technically expire on October 10th.

So my question is:

1.) Shall I send my pcc to NDVO before it expires?
2.) Or shall I ask them for it during MR phase? In that case I have to get another new PCC since the one I have will be more than 3 months old.

Also, does speeding traffic tickets has effect on PCC? My both PCC doesn't show them; also I did independent background checks multiples times, my speeding ticket does shows up in few background checks.

Dear friend if after your last fbi clearnce u didn't visit usa, you don't need any other
Speeding ticket won't effect , has nothing to do with FBI clearance .

Anyone guys? I'm not sure if my CC address and Applic residential address in FSW form matched. Will it matter for the charging?

the address for which the CC is registered should match the address given on the payment forms (not necessary that it should be the same as on the fsw application).. if not it can lead to decline of payments by CC companies...

By duplicate, I meant counterfeit. The issue was how easy it is to make a counterfeit FBI PCC and does the PCC got some security feature like watermark, special paper, hologram, etc.

Made up of some special paper/ texture ( much more superior than normal currency paper)
On making photocopy you will see "photocopy , photocopy, photocopy " written all over and with normal view , looks simple


So I guess forget about easy , it involves great science to make that paper.

They may not, but nothings going to stop them from having the HR forward the call to your manager. Again, it's a slight chance, but nonetheless a chance. If they find out that way though, you'll probably be barred for life.
