Dear All seniors & Experts,

Do any one have the idea that until which date CIO must have done with initial screening of FSW Applications, as my file reached on 30th June and i have faxed and emailed few missing documents (DOB Proof) on 23rd September. Hopefully i have sent those additional docs in time?

Bro you file needs to be submitted in canada nova Scotia office. Please refer to document guide in fsw application package.

Before CC charge they check whether you have it or not (yes/No).. while the assessment of NOC happens post that...

No need to worry, there have been several cases like this. CIC is known to be very flexible on mistakes on this form. They understand that both spouses can't work together in tandem for the most part (kidding) They too have accepted this fact of life lol

Get your mood to an upbeat state as the weekend is here. Also don't want you to leave your scissor in someone's stomach etc. lol since you are a doctor, and bad mood doesn't mix well with that profession!!

Relax, you will be fine, no need to send another form. Cheers!!!

i sent my application & received on 1st september
My question is regard (additional family information form)
i write one for me & signed by me & another one for my wife signed by her but we wrote in front of (applicant) my name instead of writing one form with my name & one with her name
so wat can i do now????????? do i send a new form separatly or wat to do ? i m in bad mood since discovery of this mistake

Cio reviewing apps for late June our early July so you have time. It is better to send additional documents asap. Send a packet mentioning
additional documents for application submitted dd/mm/yyyy
Make a cover letter stating your concern and mention all possible details of yours so that they can identify you
Family name
Name
Dob
Passport No
Country
Noc
Application received date at cio

I don't know this may or may not be a big issue but it is advisable to play safe and it will only cost some bulks.

Dear all,

My friend & I, applied for FSW 2014 on the same day (our application reached CIC on 9th of June) using the same Credit Card. Now as I checked last night, there is a single 550 CAD amount charged on the CC. What does it mean? Is there a chance for the other one to be charged as well? Is there a way to find out which application was charged for?

Please reply ASAP.

Hi Ravel,

It could be simply the wrong Billing address entered.
Make sure you are using the correct address which is updated with credit card Bank.
Also you can try using different browser like Firefox etc.
And of course make sure it has sufficient balance.

I am a new member for this form..I sent my application on 23September under NOC code 2171 and it reached today(26 September) 9:00 am sydney time.

Can you advise if this application will fall under the 2171 cap

This is strange situation... but I guess all u can do is wait and see whose per is issued... in the mean time I hope u r dilemma ends and the 2nd cc charge also comes up... all the best both of u will be OK
