I just want to ask. Is it necessary to put employer's signature or initial in every page of my job reference letter? I have a job reference letter here with page but the signature of my supervisor is at the last page only.

Can you please explain me the meaning of last paragraph of PER mail(given below)

I am preparing for the Express Entry. I need your help with my points calculations..
I got on the IELTS: S:7.5 L:6.5 R:7.5 W:6.0
I Have a Bs in Computer Science Graduated year 2012.
I have 6 Years experience in my Field, from 2009 till Jan 2015 will be 6 Years.
But the 1st year was a telecommute job, So do the Immigration officer count the Telecommute job? taking into consideration that I was working 6 to 7 Hours a day.

Express entry details have not been declared yet.

The points system may be completely different. It will be more of a pooling system, where potential employers will have a bigger role to play in selection process..

I believe it's six photos for each person. In which on the back of 5 photos of each person with Name, DOB, and date of photo taken.

My wife's education is 3yrs bachelor degree and 2 yrs Master degree.

Can be filled in any way as long as total years of education is correct. For example :

Elementary/Primary School - 7 years (upto 7th)
Secondary/high school - 5 years (8th upto 12th)
University/college - 5 years (Grad and MBA)
Trade school or other post secondary school. - None
