They may check with HR or they may also check with your ex boss as he was part of your organisation once.

My ref letter is in company letter pad. no appointment letter placed in package. But i do have all letters(Appoinment & salary slips) if VO asked for it. I wanted to understand whether this will create any problem in getting PER?

If ref letter is on company letterhead issued by HR and also mentions job duties, salary, Date of joining, etc, then it is sufficient. Appointment letter and other docs are optional.

Can be CAD as well as INR. DD Can be addressed to Receiver general for Canada IN CAD or Canadian High Commission in INR.

Ideally try to pay online in INR : amount Rs 26700 per adult.

you will get an online receipt. Send the receipt along with any other docs they have asked.

Bad guess. I am from SGVO. It is expected to take years to open my application - forget about asking something soon. I did submit exactly what I recommended.

Yes, for someone from CPC-ottawa (forgot name), VO asked for 6-month statements.
