All applications has to be sent to cio nova scotia. You need to select local visa office in ur country. Cio will send application after initial review and payment to your local visa office.

I filled a case on 7-July-14. I had given DD of Bank of Baroda. But as per RBI norms DD will be expired within 3 months and it has expired. Would you please help me to get the solution that what i can do now?

Questions from all seniors!
I would like to ask that what's the process for submitting application second time in FSW with different NOC? I mean original documents like IELTS and ECA report should also be submitted again with new application? Further, if both the applications would be accepted than will they charged ur both the payment? is there any option available to avoid deducting both payments?

Can i check through other branch of the same bank (State bank of India in my case). DD encashment info can be given by other branmch of the same bank also?? Thnx in advance

You should go to the main branch of your area or contact the forex deptt of the bank.

All international DD have validity of 6 months. RBI has no role in it, it is an international norm which they are bound to follow. Only Local DD have validity of 3 months. So, Don't worry and relaaaaaaaaaaaax....

It will be very helpful to all of us, if someone who is done with his Medical can explain the process in detail.

For Eg.,
1. How long the process took after you met the CIC designated doctor?
2. What all tests (blood/urine/x-rays/ECG etc) were done? I think they mainly check for HIV/Diabetes/TB etc, but what else?
3. Apart from Tests, did Doctor check anything else like, Height/Weight/BP/TMT(5min walk on treadmill to see if person becomes breathless to chk heart condition) ?
4. Did the doctor ask any other question related to medical history / or lifestyle(drinking/smoking/eating habits/hrs of sleep) etc ?

Medical is to be done for all ? 7yr old kid too ??
