I filled a case on 7-July-14. I had given DD of Bank of Baroda. But as per RBI norms DD will be expired within 3 months and it has expired. Would you please help me to get the solution that what i can do now?

I just want to ask. Is it necessary to put employer's signature or initial in every page of my job reference letter? I have a job reference letter here with page but the signature of my supervisor is at the last page only.

Hi experts,
Schedule A :: question number 7, 8, 9 and 12 the spaces given is not enough to write with accurate information.
So i decided to add extra sheet for this fields.

my question is :

1. should i fill up the questions in the form as much as i can and attache an extra sheet will full information

or

2. i should leave the questions blank on the form and simply attach extra sheet.

Any Advice ???
