On the Schedule 3 Economic Classes form, section 12 about Work Experience.
Now I have worked as a Physiotherapist in 2 hospitals. With the 1st hospital is have worked for 6 months (from 2010/05 to 2010/10)and with the 2nd (which is where I am currently working from 2010/11) it has been more than 3years now. In both these hospitals my duties where exactly same. So, while filling up the Work Exp. section on this form, do I need to mention both these jobs separately or club them together?

Hi guys,

I am trying to fill up the online form for PCC on the passport website. While coming to the payment, it automatically picks up the slot at a certain date and time. We are not allowed to select either the date or time. Has anyone else faced the issue ? Has anyone tried to pay for PCC online on the passport website ?

PCC is one of the 8 services where walk in entries are allowed, but you need to have the online application printout for any date.

For POF purporses Number of Family members column means applicant+dependants, rite?
Say, you + wife + a child gives 3? Is it correct?

PER received: 24th Sep

Application received: 29th May

Not sure on the next step. Also, I'm yet to send my PCC. Should I send it now or wait till the next communication from CIC?

I am adding my spouse on my application. NDVO has asked me to submit her mark sheets/diploma and experience letters.

After marriage she has updated her name on the passport, but her marksheets has her old name. What shall I do now?

1.) Change name on her marksheet?
2.) Send an affidavit explaining this?

I am almost done with my application and will be out in next day or two for 2171. First of all what is the chance that I may make it to the final cut and secondly the things that I added I will list them would need your feedback or response on the same -
1) All the forms
2) IELTS
3) WES eveluation
4) Marksheets (Photo-copies)
5) Marriage certificate (An affidavit with both of our photos and the translated version of NikkahNama).
6) POF (40% from Savings Account letter from Bank and 60% as PF)
7) Employement letter signed by HR on Company letter head.
Cool Roles and Responsibilities taken as an affidavit from a senior colleague along with the HR's mail of not providing it.
9) Payslips (Randomly about 20)(Photo-copies)
10) Offer letter, contracts, yearly incremental letter and promotion letters (Photo-copies)
11) 8 photos of me, my spouses and kid.
12) Passport pages (Photo-copies)
13) DOB certificates for all three and
14) Mailing Labels

Do let me know if anything I have missed or needs to be added.

If PCC is allowed as walk-in application, do not make the payment online. Just fill the form, generate the ARN number, and go to your PSK before 11 on any working day.

Walk in can be done after payment as well. !!
