Hi seniors,

I have 2 years of experience in NOC 2172, and then 6 years in NOC 2283 which is not in the Occupation list. So will they consider only 2 years or combine experience of both NOC's (8 years)?

I will appreciate your help.
Thanks

If PCC is allowed as walk-in application, do not make the payment online. Just fill the form, generate the ARN number, and go to your PSK before 11 on any working day.

If you are from Mumbai, Thane there are walk ins between 9 to 10.30 in the morning. You can directly go with your online application form and Adhar card and passport. They will provide you PCC on the spot

For eligibility to apply in the NOC; 1 year of exp is enough.
So u can apply under 2172.
And total experience is considered as 8 years..
So u should be getting maximum points under Experience.

Its different for each PSK..... and may vary from city to city. PCC application is walk-in application for Delhi - ITO, Shalimar Place & Gurgaon PSK.

Hi Seniors,

Please provide your expert advice for my situation. I am 5th June applicant who got CC charged yesterday. There are couple of issues with my application that I am concerned about:

1.) I had applied for Tier 1 Work Permit for UK in the year 2009. Like FSW, it used to be a point based system. My application was rejected because of lack of points in the previous earnings section where I had claimed points for reimbursements that were part of my salary which they did not consider. The rejection letter said that the rejection will not stop you from re-applying for the visa again. Unfortunately, I could not re-apply because UK Immigration abolished Tier 1 within a month of my rejection.

Now I totally forgot to mention this ordeal on Form IMM5669E Schedule A Background declaration for the question "been refused admission to or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?"

Do you think this qualifies for "being refused admission"? Should "being refused admission" be related to deportation?
If you think I should have mentioned it, should I be doing it before PER or should I wait for my application to be sent to Local VO and then provide them necessary documentation for the same? [VO being the agency that does background verification]

A relative of mine who is 5th May FSW applicant thinks that I should not complicate my case anymore before PER. Please provide your expert comments.

2.) Have not sent my spouse's Birth Certificate. Have attached the Hospital Acknowledgement receipt for the birth of my spouse with the seal and signature of the Hospital authority.
a.) Do you think this will suffice the Birth Certificate requirement for spouse?
b.) If not, is there a chance that CIC will request for Birth Certificate or would it be NER if not sent?
c.) Considering the timelines for PER for CC charged after 15th Sept, I see that there are chances of PER evaluation within a week or two. I am waiting for my wife's BC to arrive through speedpost. Will need to get it translated and sent. It might tentatively reach CIC on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Do you see chances of NER for my app before that?
Do you think I should fax them this document?

Really appreciate the support that everyone is extending!
