I am a May 29 applicant.
My bank states that the DD was cashed on Sep 22, 2014.
I have a UCI from a TRV application.
Using the UCI, I have a eCAS status of "In Process" which further states: 1. We received your application for Permanent Residence on May 29, 2014.

But, I have NOT received the PER yet.

What does this mean?

It means CIC is typing your PER ;D ;D

You should get PER this week probably. All the best.

Regards

I am currently filling the FSW application. Do we need to send in police certificates with it or can they be sent later? The website says they can be sent afterwards but the CIC person on the phone said send it with the package. Confused! Plus theres no time to wait for the certificates :S

No need to send PCC with application. It can be sent at later stage to respective VO

Hi All,

please advise:

I have worked under NOC 2172 for more than 2 years, however due to some reasons now i have resigned from my job. Will that affect my application? Do i need to be working under the same NOC till the time i get fully assessed?

thanks a lot in advance

CIC declared a PCC is valid for one year. So, don't worry on this validity issue. There will be no issue on this.

I heard NDVO accept only 3 months recent PCC ... Is there any link where it says 1 year ??

Is CIO taking 2-3 months in doing initial review.?
There is no initial review. Your application shall be waiting to be opened till then as more applications are in Q. You are also in Q.

My IELTS results will be out next month and shall be able to submit application in first week of November, cap is increasing drastically, however my NOC has got only 3 applications so far, If my application reaches there by 10th of November, i ll be in or out? From the thread i came to know they require 2-3 months to review the application, and november 10 to 31st december, its 1.5 month, so i m bit worried.

Don't worry, you will make the cap. Focus on getting your documentation in order for the application.

NDVO accepts 3 months old ( from date if issue) PCC BUT ONCE SUBMITTED IT IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR

No brother, resignation and joining is normal for all applicants. You can join in any occupation. It won't cause any problem.
