I don't think he can do anything to your case legally... As the principle applicant, it is your wish to keep him as representative or not. All you need to do is to send an updated use of representative form quietly and remove him as your representative... and then follow your application yourself... CIC won't have any issue with it...hardik_shah said:Sorry to repost,
Guys, Need your input.
I have landed in a dispute with an immigration consultant from canada, he is a registered member of ICCRC. I had signed a contract with some payment schedule, an installment is due according to that agreement, but i do not wish to pay him because of his poor services and several mistakes he has made since the submission of application. I have emails supporting to my claim that he has made few mistakes since beginning and provided me false information on my application status. I had an altercation yesterday and he told me that if i dont pay the due installment, he may land me in trouble legally.
I am bit confused, should i really bother about his threat?
Apart from that, you have mentioned that you signed a contract with him... You have to see official procedure (if any) for walking out of the contract... When sending updated use of representative form, mention in the cover letter the reasons for throwing him out and attach the proofs you have. Also, mention that you will be following official procedure (if any) for walking out of the contract.
I don't know nature and contents of your contract. Someone might be able to guide you if you post nature and details of your contract.
