VO: Cairo
NOC: 2174
App Rcvd: 14th May 2014
CC Charged:18 Aug 2014
and since then waiting for the PER with no sign, i didn't supply email address in the generic form so it should arrive by snail mail, i contacted the CIO to add my email but it takes them months to answer
should i worry about not receiving my PER or what?
and what can i do to receive it or know if i' am rejected.
Thanks,

99% you will get PER most likely, a trend noticed in FSWP 2014 people who got charged got MR directly so have faith! ;D ;D ;D

congrats..

Hi Guys,

We are only in the forum who are in altogether in different kind of dilemma. Its sheer unluck for those who used older form and sent it to CIC on 17th and 18th.

What to do now?

In my opinion, they might have some window period. only beyond that period, they will stop considering the applications. How come they refuse applications reached on 19th and 20th which were posted on 17th, and 18th....?

comments please ......

I think + - 2 -3 days should not matter

hello everyone,
My application reached cic office on 25 august. I have applied under NOC 0911 which is a cold NOC so there is nothing to worry about CAP but my biggest concern at this very moment is that my self assessed points equals 67.

1. Education= 23 points ( Integrated bachelor+masters 5 years , though WES have mentioned on front page that Canadian equivalence=Bachelors and Masters degree but they put a star in end at last page stating due to integrated nature of program it was not possible to differentiate between undergraduate and graduate study-which make me anxious whether they will award me full 23 points

2. IELTS ( R-7.5, L-8.5, S-7, W-6.5) = 23 points

3. Age = 12 points

4. Experience = 9 points

5. French = DELF A1 ( I dont know whether they will give me any point or not so i have assumed it) = 0 points (do you think they can give me 1 point ..??? No points will be awarded for DELF A1. They do not consider DELF/DALF tests. They need the score of TEF Canada to be able to award any points for French

TOTAL= 67

So i will like hear valuable opinion of seniors and experienced members about my Education and french points??? Lying exactly on edge is making me nervous ??? ??? ??? :'( :'( :'(

Guys,

Need your input.

I have landed in a dispute with an immigration consultant from canada, he is a registered member of ICCRC. I had signed a contract with some payment schedule, an installment is due according to that agreement, but i do not wish to pay him because of his poor services and several mistakes he has made since the submission of application. I have emails supporting to my claim that he has made few mistakes since beginning and provided me false information on my application status. I had an altercation yesterday and he told me that if i dont pay the due installment, he may land me in trouble legally.

I am bit confused, should i really bother about his threat?

If PCC is allowed as walk-in application, do not make the payment online. Just fill the form, generate the ARN number, and go to your PSK before 11 on any working day.

I got this link from the passport website.. Might be helpful for PCC.

I hv read a lot about this +1 and being Karmafied....
think this is really interesting thing that i m not able to understand :o

When u want to give someone +1 but u can not because after giving +1 to someone you can not give it again for some hours. This is what my understanding is.

Rest seniors can through some more light.

I sent old Generic form signed on June 14 and dispatched on afternoon of June 18 which was received by CIC on June 23.

The form was changed on June 17 i.e. night of June 18 in india i guess....

Plz advice, should i send a new generic form to replace the earlier generic form..........

I have done similar mistake... I signed on 16th June.. and it dispatched on 17th June Morning... didn't send any update form cause there was only on diff... for which IELTS original score card was attached... even at the time and after applying I found written 'July 2014' beside that form.........

NOC 2171

Appreciate all the support. Thanks

Dear Experts

Need you opinion please

I am 28th May applicant and received PER on 22nd September, I have submitted two PCC along with my applications, one from Pakistan and one from Saudi Arabia. The one I have submitted from Pakistan has a note on it "This certificate is valid from 13-5-14 till 13-8-14 for obtaining visa / immigration from Saudi Arabia

As per my understanding, this means that this certificate can be used along with an immigration application within the three months period mentioned. Which is the requirement of CIC also. please correct me if I am wrong.

Normally certificates are valid for 1 year time. as many of them dont mention such dates on it, my saudi arabia PCC donot have any date of expiry or something.

Whats your opinion on this?
