I heard that the deadline for the FSW program has been extended till Apr 2015, while I cannot find anything confirming this in CIC website.. do you have any information if this is real or not ? Thank you

According to the Ministerial Instructions, these caps prescribed in MI12 are valid for the period from May 01, 2014 to April 30, 2015. This is applicable unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction.

Hi everybody!

i am a new member on this forum. i want to share my experience and to ask some questions related to the application process.
I applied for FSW 2014 program in 28/May/2014. i received my PER on 18/Sep/014. my Visa office is AMMAN visa office. my questions are :
1) how long does it take to get the MR after the PER?
2) How could i know if the visa office has received my file or not?
3) is there any applicant from AMMAN visa office who can give a precise information about the timeline for receiving MR?

Thank you body. I just contacted the British Council and they confirmed that they can issue a second copy without any extra fee upon the written request (via email). I just sent an email to them, and I'm waiting fro their reply.

Hey all...just saw the latest update on cic website. Out of the 50 nocs 49 nocs hav at least 1 count. Only 1 noc is thr which has 0...that's 1113 stock dealer / broker. The reason for concern is coz I hav applied for the same. Can anyone pls tell me how delayed this data is? N if it's not too delayed then why 1113 has no count? Coz as far as I know thr is a person from the forum whose cc is charged for 11 13 noc.

Can anyone tell me what are the documents needed to get PCC, India (pls Don't provide me the Passport india link, becos sometimes there may be more documents required than what is mentioned... That's why I direct this question to people who took their PCC recently)

The main things I want to know :

1. Do we need any other documents other than the passport and address proof? (Also I have an expired passport, do i have to take that as well?)
2. Do we need an online appointment in PSK?

Please reply ASAP.... I'm planning to get it done in a week...

I am June 5th applicant as well - and i checked about my money order from RBC today ( Sep 23 ) - the response is its still outstanding - not cashed yet

I have update my reference letters and courier it few days back......

my question is how cic can attach it with my previous parcel....I have applied first time...no uci and no file no.....

do they have any kind of software by which they are managing the received couriers?????

Did u attach cover letter with all other basic details including the date your first application was received at CIC?
Also send an email to CIC about this with the docs attached as scanned copy..

It was always till April 30th 2015.

Sorry but as per CIC, it's December 2014 as per the below quoted text from their website ..

"Note: As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."

I got the 550 CAD DD from ICICI bank , and on the back side of DD there is a space for 'Endorsement - Signature and Stamp' , whose responsibility is to fill that up ?? was it ICICI or it will be filled up whoever will withdraw money from this DD?
