Hey guyz....what do you suggest under which code should i apply??
basically i am an electronics and comm engineer into sales and marketing in telecom sector(value added services) in middle management....
Total Exp:6yrs

please check these NOCs and decide which one is closer to your job duties. the most important part is be able to provide a reference letter on the company letter head with all duties that match with corresponding NOC duties.

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what are the documents needed to get PCC, India (pls Don't provide me the Passport india link, becos sometimes there may be more documents required than what is mentioned... That's why I direct this question to people who took their PCC recently)

The main things I want to know :

1. Do we need any other documents other than the passport and address proof? (Also I have an expired passport, do i have to take that as well?)
2. Do we need an online appointment in PSK?

Please reply ASAP.... I'm planning to get it done in a week...

Thanks and regards,
Vivek

Online appointment is a must. Take the print of the appointment letter, (PCC is one of the 8 services where walk in is allowed after showing online appointment).
Go on any day in the time slot allotted and walk in PCC request will be entertained.

Sorry but as per CIC, it's December 2014 as per the below quoted text from their website ..

"Note: As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."

Express entry launches in Jan 2015, but applications under FSW2014 will still be accepted till April 2015.

This was discussed extensively few days back. Don't have the links right now, but if you search this forum you will get those links.

EDIT : here is the link
http://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2014/2014-04-26/html/notice-avis-eng.php

that only means that ee will start in january 2015 and fsw will be replaced by ee. please don't read in to that more than this.

this never meant that fsw will end in december 2014, that is an incorrect understanding.

No, you are wrong. FSWP 2014 instructions are outlined in the Canadian gazette.

http://gazette.gc.ca/rp-pr/p1/2014/2014-04-26/html/notice-avis-eng.php

A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction. The maximum of 25 500 new complete applications is allocated as follows:

1. A maximum of 25 000 applications will be considered for processing under an occupation list stream. Within the 25 000 cap, a maximum of 1 000 applications submitted for each eligible occupation set out below will be considered for processing; and

2. A maximum of 500 applications will be considered for processing under a PhD student/graduate stream.

For further clarity, there is no limit on the number of new applications with offers of arranged employment that will be considered for processing.

In calculating the caps, applications will be considered in order of the date they are received. Applications received on the same date will be considered for processing having regard to routine office procedures.

Unlike the USA medical examination, vaccination checks are not required by eMedical assesment.

Hiii
dear friends

I have applied for noc 2132 from india, and got PCC request for Rawanda and afganistan where i stayed 4 years back, but Rawanda and afganistan, embassy Refused to give PCC from outside country,IT doesnt seem possible for me to visit these countries.

Is there any other solution to this problem to save my file from cancellation??
We are left with 44 days to submit PCC please suggest what to do.
I suggest you immediately write to your local VO about this with all the reasons. Plus if you have some proof of either your communication with Afghanistan and Rwanda authorities attach them as well.

Found the below links about Afghan PCC. If you get official confirmation saying they can't give u unless you visit the country again, I think your VO will accept this as an exception.

Why you don't want to vaccinate your children at all. I am not sure that will be a problem for medical or not but that is at least dangerous for their health.

HI,

Got my MR mail today.

I also have to submit PCC from USA , but it seems that it would take more than 8 weeks to get that.
NDVO has given only 45 days to submit PCC . What should i do now. I have applied to FBI last week , but it would take time to get PCC from them.

Congrats and +1
