Dear forumites.... I dont have my name on my birth certificate...should i submit the birth certificate along with some proof matching parents's name or rather give some other proof for date of birth.

Please help.

you can get a new BC made.. it takes a day or two..
if not, include the 10th marksheet, an affidavit from parents and an explanation letter to the CIO...

No way but the confirmation of the courier.

You can ask for the status of application by email to CIC after 90 days from the application arrival to CIC.

Hi Manish.....Click Trick means to say xerox copies (transcripts) of all semesters memos, degree and consolidate memos for which one has taken WES, along with the Original WES Report which is mandatory while sending the package.

* Please refer point 13 (Canadian Educational Credential or Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) Report ) from the checklist

Also include copies of all educational (e.g. 10th / 10+2) documents while filing the application if available but is always better to include.

Documents I submitted for myself (Primary Applicant) :
1) Original WES - ECA report
2) Xerox Copy of All 8 Semester Mark sheet + Xerox Copy of Degree
3) Xerox Copy of 10th Passing Certificate and Mark sheet
4) Xerox Copy of 12th Passing Certificate and Mark sheet

Is it all enough or do i had to include something else also in Educational documents ?

Hold on, it takes couple of extra weeks vs. CC applicants. So that would mean you need to hold you breath before loosing life , just joking you would be just fine

Have you tried reaching out to your bank for DD encashment?

Seniors please help....

I have first sent my file for 2174 on May 12th and my file got returned becz I have missed supplementary travel form
Again I reapplied for NOC 2173 and my file reached by Aug 18th. Now I am bit worried abt the cap update for 2173. I felt i wont make into the cap of 1000.
Shall I prepare one more file for 2172 and send it across. My employer is ready to give Roles and Responsibilities as I did most of the work related to all 3 noc's 2174, 2173, and 2172.
If i reapply for another NOC say 2172 whether CIC will ban me saying how can I apply my changing the NOC code and Roles and Responsibility letter?

Please advice

Thank you everyone for congratulations regarding my RPRF payment request

And it's not all - I've just received a passport request, just two hours after I've paid the RPRF! Kyiv office continues to surprise with their unbelievable speed

Moreover, as I'm currently in U.S., Kyiv office has requested me to mail my passport to CPC-Ottawa. That's very nice of them, as otherwise I would've had to travel to Kyiv by myself (Ukrainian law does not allow to mail passports internationally to/from Ukraine).
