Yes i thought that they would send it to my country of citizenship. it is weird.
So When should i contact CPP-o or NY?

1. Call CPP-O today and confirm if the information is correct and the reason.
2. Also use the e-mail recd and send it to NY asking the next steps.. and pray..!!!

After getting PCC, MR requests about a week back, I went to Passport office for PCC.

Booking the slot took a week's time.. I thought the PCC will take only a day in India except for address changes, but dint know in some cases (old passport, verification waived off previously etc...) a police verification just like a new passport is required for PCC. The police verification takes time, and hoping that it will be completed soon... I was told that It could take anything between 4 days to 3 weeks, hopefully it get's done soon for me. I have about 30 days left (taking out postage time) to send the details to VO.

People who have not yet applied for PCC from India and who are under impression that it will take just a single day... Please complete the PCC immediately, otherwise it will lead to unnecessary headaches.

Thank you everyone for congratulations regarding my RPRF payment request

And it's not all - I've just received a passport request, just two hours after I've paid the RPRF! Kyiv office continues to surprise with their unbelievable speed

Moreover, as I'm currently in U.S., Kyiv office has requested me to mail my passport to CPC-Ottawa. That's very nice of them, as otherwise I would've had to travel to Kyiv by myself (Ukrainian law does not allow to mail passports internationally to/from Ukraine).

Dear friends,

I just received my application back. It was posted on July 18'th and it was just delivered today by the postal service (more than 2 months).
My application was deemed to be incomplete (as per the CIO officer judgment).
The officer states in the return letter:
"You have identified NOC code 2131 - Civil Engineer as the primary occupation to be assessed. All supporting documentation provided regarding this work experience history was taken into consideration. The employment letters from...X,....Y,....Z do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as described of the NOC 2131 - Civil Engineers.

The employment letters and supporting documentation from A,...and B,...indicates you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation and that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC.
However, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid work experience in this position. The employment letter from A,... states that some of your work experience is beyond the our required 10 years.

As your application does not meet the requirements of R(10) of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you for this reason".

First of all I would like to clarify that all the information provided to them is accurate and geniue. In their explanation letter they did not mention any thing about my 2 year experinece in D,... company, even though I sent the reference letter from the company as well as the employment contract.
Moreover, as a Civil Engineer I have been performing various duties (related to the construction sector) during my 13 years of experience. And I'm really surprised to see such a partial judgment from CIO officer.
However, I seek your valuable help to prepare new work references as per NOC-2131 prescriptions. I would like to get your opinion if there is any problem if I revise/modify the reference letters to adapt to the NOC-2131 prescriptions. Does CIO keep the records of the submitted documents (even though they have returned back the whole pack of the application)?

I need some urgent help. I have applied through a consultant and my application was received by the CIC on 20th May 2014. I had submitted the original ECA hardcopy with my application

I got a mail from WES on 19th Sep 2014 as below
Hi xxxx,

In order for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to process your application, they will need to review your evaluation report through using WES's online service. In order to allow CIC to access this service, you will need to order a duplicate report and select CIC as a recipient of your WES evaluation report.

If you are using the attached order form and want to pay by credit card, please fax the completed form to 416.972.9004.

Once it has been processed, an email notification for a payment request will be sent to you, you can then log into Check Status/Your Account: https://www.wes.org/appstatus/indexca.aspx and pay your balance by a credit card.

In order to expedite your order, we encourage you to pay by a credit card. Cheque payments will take longer to process and will delay your order.

Below are my queries
1) As per the above mail, Yesterday I went to the WES site and ordered a duplicate report with an option of sending to CIC? Is this sufficient ?
2) Does this mail notify that CIC tried access my ECA from WES? If they failed to would they retry? I would like to know the process here.
3) Does this incident have any impact on the application processing.

I am really worried by the above mail and would seek support from fellow forum members.

I am curious to know, when you applied for WES credential evaluation, did you opt for "FSW Package" ? OR was it general for academic institutions..thanks!

The second line was updated in the ECAS on last week. Does it mean that the VO has already reviewed the document like background checks etc?
I haven't received my MR yet. Is NDVO issuing MRs only to Indian applicants ?

Instead of applying through PSK try applying through SSP office. I got it from SSP office in almost four days.

Hi - My application reached CIC on 12th June and i have given credit card as my mode of payment. today i have received a message from ICICI stating that my existing credit card will be replaced in next 30 days with a new card with security chip as per RBI guidelines. i am just scared that if card is replaced before CIC is deducting the account then my transaction will be declined. did anyone got a similar message from ICICI today? please share your thoughts.

I am new to this forum and I have recently applied for fswp 2014. All I am confused is about the occupational caps and overall caps shown on CIC website which is around 4000 as of 19 sep 2014, and the people on the forum talks about applications review only till first week of June 2014. So, is the cap on CIC website shows applications which are opened till June only and rest are all pending?




Well nobody really knows which status makes up the cap, the only thing you can do is just submit yours and hope for the best outcome
