Hi everyone!
I've just received an RPRF payment request! And at the same time my ECAS status has finally updated from "2. Medical results have been received" to
"2. We started processing your application on September 19, 2014. 3. Medical results have been received".

Interestingly enough, they've really sent a medical request 16 days before they've started processing my application.

In today's email they haven't requested anything else except RPRF.

a couple of simple queries:
1. Would PAN Card do for National ID document?? It doesnt have issue or expiry date, What have most of you guys used?No
2. Can both mailing labels be in English? Yes

No, PAN card cannot be used for NID. Indian government does not issue NID. So, you will write Not Applicable.

No, one will be in English and another will be in official language of your country.

CIC asks for a PCC for an individual not for a married individual. Try getting a PCC without stating about your marital status. For your wife; let her get a PCC which states her as a D/O instead of W/O. PCC is a document stating that you are not a criminal it doesn't have to state that you are not a married criminal.

agree with frasiercrane. I was told at PSK that marital status will not come on PCC. thats about it. If you are not able to work around with this situation at all, u have 2 options:
1.) Apply for PCC at commisioner's office.
2.) Go to the PSK head office and talk to an APO regarding your issue. APO should veto PSK officer's decision. Worst case scenario, request APO for an early appointment for passport re-issue. Proof of urgency will be needed. But u ll get appointment next day itself. And they will re-issue both ur passports within a week if address on passport has not changed.

Statistically, if they had startded charging June 5 apps, we would have had a few reports from thread members by now, sharing the relevant news. But there are none, so it leaves us with the only entry that in this circumstances results to be a typo or stupid prank.

Disappointed that there is no 5th June update today If its a typo, hope someone fixes it

since i applied under 4214 i submitted COE along with other COE from previous colleges and training center.
My 4214is a part time job presently i am a full time in another college but the time i submitted the application,college is on summer holiday,so no COE for the full time present occupation,so i submitted a copy of my present full time contract. But definitely i attached a copy of my Coe of my part time job which i am applying to.will this be fine?or should i forward additional document of COE of my full time job?

Hi, I have got UCI number from the last application made in 2013. I can login with UCI number and DoB . . . . and that's how it shows that payment is charged and my application is under progress. . . . . But no PER email . . .

Bachelors degree
Non University certificate/diploma
Post Secondary-No degree
master's degree

Which one to select from this?

Besides, For my wifes sponsorship, She is already included in the application. and the fee is paid for her as well. It is just about accompanying, So are you strongly suggesting that my wife should travel with me itself in the first place?

no National ID? our passport is also not considered NID? or Aadhaar card? So everyone has just left it as Not Applicable?
