If ECAS is showing in process, then you should receive the PER this week.ajayrampal said:Hello everyone, my heartiest congratulations to everyone, who have got MR requests and PER. My application was received by CIC on 22/05 and my DD was encashed on 10/09, ECAS has been updated as In Progress, but I haven't got PER email. Each day passing is traumatising me. Does anyone has any idea why is it taking time.
One thing I want to share is that, I gave employer reference letter on a letter Head carrying Delhi Head Office (Delhi HO has assured me that if CIC contacts them regarding my case, they will give +ve feedback). I also gave my manager's visiting card which has Punjab's number and site address, but recently he has moved to Gujarat. Although, I emailed him, but I haven't back anything yet. Do you think this can be a reason for the delay.
I would appreciate your invaluable feedback and any action that I can do now . . . . .

Most of Visa Officers send MR and RPRF on the same date. However it is vary country to country depends upon the work load and no. of applications. I hope you will be asked for RPRF within 10-15 days. GOOD LUCK.haras said:Hello Guys,

ishakmohd said:Hi Friends,
Got some queries before completing the app. Kindly see the below
1. For my Highest education in the Generic application form. WES has only recognized my Bachelors degree as Canadian equivalent although I have also done a 2 year PG diploma in Business Management. For this PG, WES has put the canadian equivalency as 'Two years of Post secondary study at a non recognized institution'. So what should I put there as my highest education? Disregard WES when filling the form. Put PGDM as highset then Bachelor.
2. Can the Fax number can be written NA? Yes, write Not Available
3. Can I write the reason for for which my wife is not accompanying as "Pursuing studies and attending regular college". Strongly suggest to include her NOW else it will take years to sponsor her.
4. Is it OK if I put "neither" for my spouse in the question about the ability to communicate in English/French? Does this affect the application? Write English.
5. As my spouse is having basic ability (writing, reading) in English, Can I put English in the most frequently used language question?
6. For the assets part, Should I show only my bank balance. or is it also OK to add the value of my properties like land, vehicle etc? Yes, you can add the value of my properties like land, vehicle etc
7. As my dad is deceased, Should I put his present address as NA or the address itself? Write Not Applicable
8. I was working in Saudi from Jan 2008 till May 2013, So in 'Your Travels' form Should I mention each interval while I was on vacation in India (only 5 months total) or is it OK to mention the total 5 years in one line? mention each interval
Thanks

Even, My credit card will ask for secure authentication password while making online transaction.Pinkesh88 said:Dear Kollin,
In that case I am afraid to choose the credit card payment option.
As i have experienced that in many transactions my CARD will ask for a password. But for few of the transactions it won't. So, I am not sure whether the transaction by CIC will be done with out password or it will ask for the password?
So, can you please tell me what shud i prefer?
Statistically, managerial NOCs (aka "zeroes") are taking considerably longer in terms of CIO scrutiny. You can compare your case to other's timelines in the SS. So, you are cool for now.ajayrampal said:Hello everyone, my heartiest congratulations to everyone, who have got MR requests and PER. Does it block the credit card charging for CIC ...
Now it makes me worrying....
Please seniors, share your thoughts.
Secure authentication password is required when you are making payment online. However here you are sending a signed form to charge and the charging agency is also Govt. so no problem at all. I made payment with my CC.Raj31 said:Even, My credit card will ask for secure authentication password while making online transaction.
