First, my deep congrats for all PERs, CC/DD charged and all the best for the rest..

As per CIC CAP update, only 2 new more 0013 records added and no SS updates for the same NOC though

0013 applicants are in a very vague situation with NO vision or speculation on what's going on in CIO ...

Any help on how to get any info? waiting becomes more and more so bad...

Guys, my FSW application reached CIC (NOC: 2174) on September 19th..
do u guys think I still have chance of making it? seeing the rate at which the cap is getting filled, I am highly doubting it.. :'( :'( :'( :'(

To be honest, really difficult.

why didn't you submit the application under different NOC in case job duties were matching elsewhere also ?

CC can still be charged in next 10-12 days time...That's what I meant. So PER can still be possible.

Regarding proof of funds for FSW 2014,

Could anyone in this forum please let me know when should I submit proof of funds? Is it while sending my application form? or while landing?

Also is a typical bank statement accepted as proof of fund?

POF for settlement funds needs to be provided upfront at the time of submitting application.

Bank statement is accepted as POF.

PCC is required for all - Main applicant, dependents (even child)

PCC required for PA and dependents over 18 years of age. NOT REQUIRED FOR MINORS.

 Procedure to get CIC agent on phone
 Call at – 0016139444000
 Select 1 for English
 Then 1 for foreign affair
 2 for immigration
 Call is being transferred to CIC
 Then 1 for English
 2 for status
 1 for PR
 When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
 Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.
