I got MR email on Friday, 19th Sept... But my ECAS second line got updated today that processing started on 18th Sept..

So, its all case by case... Maybe those whose ECAS got updated for couple of days back are under background checking... It is just guess..

By the way my question here is that in the MR email it is mentioned that MR, RPRF, PCC should reach to High Commission, New Delhi, Chankayapuri address... MR will be uploaded online.. So, Can I go with PCC and RPRF Fees Cheque to the High Commission Office in person.. I live just 5-6 km far from Chanakyapuri....

Anybody who has done it...

Be positive and hopefully you will get good news.
One thing you may do on your side is to check the status of your fee encashment DD or CC,in case you haven't checked already,this should give you some kind of peace of mind.

NOC : 2174
but I don't have both of good or bad news !!!!
I sent email to CIC but they did't answer me
I called them but they did't answer me again....

Is it bad news for me???

I believe proofs are only required for settlement funds. You can show funds which are in your spouse's name but not father-in-law's.

Yes, POF required only for settlement funds. And Funds in spouse's name can be shown only if spouse will be accompanying you.
