Thanks bro .

First of all you are tooooo late for NOC 2174 . So think other NOC 2171,2172, 2281 .
You may get 05 points from your brother ( first blood ) as PR of CA

For getting adaptibilty point your have to proof with some papers like
a) PR Card or landing papers
b) Proof of Residency ( Utility bill)
c) Proof of Relationship your and brother BC where show same parents

Note : Check document checklist for more assitance .

Hope for the best

An affidavit signed by both parents are acceptable. No need to send the matriculation marksheet if it doesn't serve the purpose of birth certificate.

In such a case.. Do we need to send Original Affidavits or a notary copy would suffice

Way to get additional 10 points for adaptability (in your case) :

If your spouse appears for IELTS and gets CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities (minimum : speaking 4.0, listening 4.5, reading 3.5 and writing 4.0), then you get additional 5 points. Very easy, isn't it ? To get these 5 points, you must submit your spouse's IELTS result also along with your application.

Child of a parent (sibling), in this case your brother, if PR of Canada can fetch you additional 5 points.
To get these 5 points, Pls submit a copy of his Birth Certificate for relationship proof, copy of his PR card for proof of status, and his address proof (maybe CC statement, bank statement, lease agreement, etc).

All the best !! Do let us know whenever you manage to get these docs.

is there any way to get additional IELTS TRFs even after withdrawal of 2 original TRFs earlier ?

Minimum score in each ability needs to be 6.0 for qualification. Hence, you are safe in IELTS.

speaking = 6.0 (4 points)
writing = 7.0 (6 points)
reading = 7.0 (6 points)
listening = 8.0 (6 points)

TOTAL : 22 points

this is a good score. Congrats !!

What about other parameters (education, work exp, age, adaptability, etc) ?

Guys,

I got my per on august 15th, this morning when I checked online 2nd line was not updated.

When I went back to check now the second line is updated saying: "we started processing your application on sept 17th 2014.

What does this mean, did they already MR or are they going to issue it soon, as i vent got any email from NDVO as yet.

Do this also mean NDVO is working on Saturday in the back end.

I'm a 9th May applicant. I'm there in the sheet under Chandu.

Your insight to this would be much appreciateted

Thank you,
Konakalla.
