Hi All,

I am just finalizing my package to be sent today/tomorrow. Could you please help me with the following last minute query:

Can we write the title of a document on the copies that I am submitting? E.g. I want to write "Promotion Letter" or "Joining Letter' on the copies substantiating the experience letter, in order to ensure they go through the documents correctly.

I am adding a cover letter before the experience letters, and guiding them through the information presented. Doing this since most of my info is across multiple evidences.

Thanks!!

Cover letter is more than sufficient to guide the officer. Writing on the documents may make them look clumsy.

we use to read some very basic and simplest questions from our members

.......they include about how much points they gona get for age or for certain years of education........how much they gona pay rprf for spouse and kids!.............what is per, ner, aor, rprf...........cc is better or dd............how to notarize and which docs to notarize.............e.t.c.

dear members.......I appreciate ur asking questions and I believe that no question is silly stupid or useless, we all try to answer each and every query which we can in the most easiest and simplest way.

but I strongly urge u all...that before asking any question......please do visit the cic website, search ur query on the internet, read other forums, search forums, apply ur own logic and understanding, try to understand what u want to know and what u are actually asking.

believe me brothers u will find ur solutions for the basic queries without even posting them on the forum. actually I still use to see that a lot of people are still stuck with basic things, I really feel worried about them that if somehow they don't know these very basic things and they are not even trying to find or know it by themselves then how come they gona pass life in Canada? its not a bed of roses to immigrate from Asian countries and start life in Canada. even the most senior and experience people face lot of difficulties in that. and by depending on other to find basic things for themselves, they are actually creating more basic problems which no one gona solve for them when they enter Canada. life in Canada is not spoon feeding, u will enter one of the top nations and countries in the world from every aspect and there people do their own things, they don't depend on others for the basic things.

I hope the message is understood, and hope it might help us all. if there is any correction then plz do it, it is welcomed. thanks all.

+1 bro

Hi everyone,

I applied for NOC 2173 and was received June 11th. Yesterday, I reviewed again the forms I submitted & noticed 1 mistake :(
I was not able to answer 1 question in Schedule A: background/declaration and that is "been detained, incarcerated or put in jail?". We overlooked it, eventhough we reviewed it many times, very disappointing.

PLEASE advise what should we do.
Should we send letter to inform them of our mistake?

Thanks,
vatclor

Forget it..In my opinion it will be taken as NA.

Dear all,

My credit card account has been charged and I have one question:

I have been staying in France for almost 3 weeks and will be here until 2016. Need I send the status of my residency to CIC and which form used to update this?

Thanks for your sincere advices!
As soon as U're contacted by VO (Singapore!), u should use the form, via this link, to inform about this update in ur residency status:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=singapore&_ga=1.210346909.924454148.1411117193
As such, ur enquiry will be directed to ur Singapore VO!!
Good luck!

Until you get PER, CIO remains the holder of your application. File CSE with SGVO summarizing changes to your application after AOR. Then they will initiate file transfer to PVO.

I applied for local PCC (india) and got 6 days later date at the passport office(Mumbai - Malad) for request submission. I remember someone on the board said we can drop in early business hours and get PCC done. Is this really true? Can we walk in and get this done without a prior appointment?

I wonder why some people here are misguiding others or they r poor in maths

Dev bro !! relax. ;) No one is misguiding here. People are doing their own maths considering different parameters and coming out with their estimates. Everybody will have different ways to calculate.

In fact, they are spending their precious time and working estimates for the benefit of all, so that we get a fair idea. Noone is claiming that their calculations or predictions are 100% right. So if you don't agree to someone's calculations, do your own maths and present it on the forum giving reasons.

I am sure your suggestions and predictions will be welcomed by one and all. All the best.
