Let me try to explain with living example and not a-b-c

For example part of ranbaxy pharma (poultry) was sold to Pfizer indirectly and then zoetis took over that part .
Now person who was working with ranbaxy from 6 years then eventually with Pfizer for another 2 years and now finally with zoetis from last one year or so ... Zoetis will give 1 year work ex... And ranbaxy got dissolved so Pfizer ( that vertical )

In this scene employees face challenge to get total 9 years exp .

Good Example

Guys please do your FBI BG on priority basis ..it will take nearly 8-10 weeks now .. My request reached FBI office on 11th Aug and now they are saying that i will receive it by Oct last week on Nov first week ..... so Rush to FBI dont wait for MR aor PCC request

If you cannot attained it from your company, then you can use from client along with cover letter that will explain why you can't get it from your HR or supervisor.

Also you can try with some senior in your company with whom you got trusted relationship or may be from a colleague.

My company is not giving me the role and responsibility letter. Would it be fine to get letter from my senior describing my roles? What will be chances of rejection?

Re: Rumors on PCC Validity Period

You are right i just called the FBI help desk and they said wait till Nov first week and CIC is giving just 60 days after the request of MR and PCC so its better ..people will apply now evn before the PER

oh woww....I might have got lucky then...I sent PCC request after 1 month of sending the application and received PCC from FBI in a month.. now in time, I received MR and PCC. Interesting thing that I noticed in the MR email is that they requested PCC only from USA... even though I am Indian citizen. However, I sent PCC request just 10 days back to the Indian consulate..and hoping to receive PCC from them in a week or two.

I called them from USA - 1 (800) 528-4800. You just need to make them aware that you are expecting a transaction of "Citizenship and Immigration Canad" with "X" amount. They should approve it. You should be good.

Thanks :)

Some forum members have reported per
Do.attach business card of your manager along with the letter..thay letter should be signed and stamped by your manager..your roles should match 70-80% of your noc...try to.arrange written communication between you and company regarding refusal to.issue reference letter with roles and responsibilities

One more suggestion to all dear forum members that you will not get a chance to resend the finger prints if FBI rejects ..so please dont worry about money and get your finger prints done from some good agency and ask they to give you two cards of finger prints

So you did not send India's PCC with the application and were still not asked for it by the VO? If so, then good news for me!! I lived just shy of 7 months in my country after turning 18 and haven't sent it's PCC. Hopefully, I won't be asked for one.
