Hi All,

I applied under NOC 1123, submitted my application on 12/09. I understand that it will take around 100-120 days to get reply from CIC. However, I was just curious with regards to PCC.

I am Indian Citizen and residing in UAE from last 3 years. When I was in India, I stayed in Pune and Delhi. Do I have to get PCC from both cities or I can reach out to Indian Embassy in Dubai and get the PCC. Also, PCC required from Dubai Police, Correct?

Regards,
Sarvesh

Another day and still no PER email and no ECAS info yet :(

Hello Seniors,

I wanted to know the verification process .....
1)What step/stage does this take place...
2)Is verification a must or what are the chances ?
3) They call at front desk or Reporting managers for the same or they just verify through emails?

Pls reply.....-

One more thing.. as i mentioned earlier also that as per the courier records my application was revd on Sept 10.... can i update the same in SS under App revd header?

Hello Guys, I am getting worried, my application reached on 22/05/2014 and DD (as per Thomas Cook) was encashed on 10/09/2014, but till now, I have not heard anything about PER. I am literally staring at my emails for past 3 days.

Reason of worry is that 1.) I have not mentioned mother's name on my BC affidavit (but have submitted HSC certificate separately which contains mother's name) and 2.) My company manager didn't mentioned that I was a FULL TIME employee (maybe he thought that it is implicit), I have however attached joining letter, salary slips, promotion letter. . . . . .

Anyone else who is in same position as I am ....... Sleepless Nights . . . .

Hello Forum Members,

I am a 9th June applicant for NOC 0113. When can I expect my DD to be en-chased and receive PER email......

You are right. lets begin again.
I did my graduation in science from PU and considered 'canadian equivalency : bachelor's degree (three years) . then i did PGD in Journalism from bhartiya vidya Bhawan. and considered canadian equivalency : 'two years of Post secondary study at a non recognised institution'

the total summary says : Bachelor's degree (three years)

that means i will get the points for bachelors degree. But will CIC consider my study of PG diploma for immigration under NOC 1123 ?

I am not really getting what consideration are you referring to. CIC only takes the documents into consideration for points purposes, i.e. to award points on the basis of those documents. But you clearly said you are interested in the points for PG diploma.

If your question is about your PG Diploma being considered for education; then the points will be considered for the education certified by WES; whatever they have approved in your WES report.

If your question is about your PG Diploma being considered for supporting your claim to a specific NOC; then my answer is no. because they will be considering your experience letters for that and not really your education.

If your question is something else; please elaborate.

Dude,

You need 2 police clearance certificates:
1. UAE (Dubai)
2. India (Delhi/Pune), or you can get the same from 'Consulate General of India' in Dubai itself.

PCC's are issued for the country, India & UAE. There is no need to get separate PCC from Delhi and Pune. PCC from any of Indian state/city would be suffice.

Another applicant did not even submit an affidavit for his BC (which did not have his name), he still got his PER.

Regarding indication of full time employment, CIC knows Indian companies do not have concept of 'working hours' and getting a promotion can only be possible for a full time employee. Don't worry, you are good to go :)

I told him the same yesterday. Still coming up with the same question. It not just him, lot of others are reposting the same thing again and again even after getting a reply.

This looks like they are expecting an answer only from few people and does not have confidence on what we speak :(

LOL, that isn't the case.... Everybody knows here, that we don't work for CIC and all of us are giving our inputs, based on our research or basis our experience. But they as a user, want to get as many replies as possible, so that they get a maximum probability of the same answer, which will then give them the confidence....

Its almost like taking a second opinion from a doctor... so don't take it to heart ;) all of us can make mistakes too, and that's when we want others to step in ....

Hello Guys

My App received date is 28-July-2014. When can i expect a response from CIC ? And what is the email ID through they will send the response ?

Thanks!

Hello seniors I just got my application back 13th may 2171 :-[ CIC says I do not meet the requirements of regulation 10of IRPA ... What is that???? It says I have to provide more evidence to show that I have worked n performed actions described in the lead statement. What proofs do I need to give I gave work experience with company letterhead but photocopy of it. And provided increment letter also.... Plz HELP I need to send it back by next week will I be in cap of 2171 if application reach by 10 oct

So sorry to hear about this ToCanadawithLove. Based on what you have written, it seems like the roles you have specified in the reference letter, is not matching to your selected NOC, or it is not sufficient. This is what i understand.... others can confirm...

Put your JD as it is in the forum, and hopefully some 2171 applicant can help you redraft to suit your NOC. Don't loose hope, its not too late yet.. Good Luck
