After looking case of "thind 26", his fill reached CIC on 12 June as per SS.
That means currently they are checking applications of around 12-15 June and charging for 30 May and giving PER to 25th May.
So, before charging they access files and time in between checking and charging is around 15 days.
That means they are checking file in 90 days and charging in 105 days and giving PER in 115 days ...Days from file received to CIC.

are their separate forms of additional family information (form- 5406) we have to give or one page with all family member information. as i had sent one page of 5406 with all member listed in it

That's your mistake. YOu and your spouse need to fill separate 5406 forms. So, two forms for two people. One form where you list yourself as an applicant and provide your family info. Another form where your spouse lists herself as an applicant and provides her family info.

You are fine that case is different...as it was additional family information not additional dependents.. so relaxxxxxx

Thanks for your insight, but don't you think this post-secondary study evaluation is made by WES because the applicant's institute is not listed with WES. The reason I am saying this is because its listed on CIC website that 2 year diploma in (any discipline) is awarded 19points.
I may be missing something, correct me if am wrong.

This could be the case, so it is worth contacting WES and getting another evaluation. BUT, there are other applicants who have received the same STUDY assessment even with a recognized university. So the assessment won't necessarily change even if the university got recognized.

Oh Man!
The form 5406 has to be filled separately by you and your spouse.

So, it means, you will write details of your family such as father, mother in your form, and the same your spouse has to filled in her copy of form.

This might be the reason of rejection for sure.

Yes i sent the additional family information form that is whats so strange to me....... correct me plz on this their was only 1 page form of additional family i sent where all info about me my spouse and my 2 sons were written..... or i need to send each separate form of 5406 :'(

Could you give the exact transcript of what the WES report says for all degrees you have? I don't think I am getting the full picture of what all you have.

What is driving me crazy, is the number of CAP on the website is based on which one of them !!!! most here say PER but if you checked what is written on the web page, it says number of completed applications to date but updated weekly due to large number of applications received

I did my graduation in science from PU and considered 'canadian equivalency : bachelor's degree (three years) . then i did PGD in Journalism from bhartiya vidya Bhawan. and considered canadian equivalency : 'two years of Post secondary study at a non recognised institution'

the total summary says : Bachelor's degree (three years)

that means i will get the points for bachelors degree. But will CIC consider my study of PG diploma for immigration under NOC 1123 ?

Ok. You will get 21 points for the Bachelors degree but won't get any point for the diploma. But, if you have 67 points even wiithout the diploma, then you can go ahead and apply. Your NOC does not have to relate to your degree if that's what you are asking. Even with an unrelated Bachelor's degree, you are free to apply to NOC 1123.

According to my understanding, CIC's job is completed once they issue PER/NER..... Hence, according to them, the applications are complete at their end..... So in short we can assume that the number mentioned in the cap status is based on PER....
